Review 1：Room wasn't so clean. We've got toothpaste from previous guests and some garbage, also dust. Furniture is quite old. Lack of child chairs in dinning room and only 1 woman who was cleaning tables during breakfast (it was too many guest for 1 cleaning person, so we had to clean our table ourselves before eating).

Review 3：Lovely location by the river, 10 minute walk to town or even quicker by bike, although the hotel didn't have kids bikes which was a shame. Karlstad was a lovely place to visit. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Rooms very good.

Review 6：The dining room is messy and understaffed. The hotel is quite distant from the centre of town unless you are driving. (Bus service is excellent, though.) Decor and bedding are a bit shabby.
Review 7：Rooms are very well designed: even though they are small, there are clever places to put everything. Staff were friendly. Wifi is excellent - easy and reliable.
Review 8：The service at the reception was in general a bit too slow - the one person at the reception had to serve both the incoming calls and the guests at the reception - resulted in impatient guests.
Review 9：The breakfast and the comfortable beds
Review 10：We requested room for four and specifically two beds for our two children. But when we arrived there were only three beds and linen for three and staff could do nothing.
Review 11：Rooms were extremely hot - it was murder sleeping in the heat. The beds were extremely soft and made the heat worse. No table fans were available. The pool and sauna were under renovation - which was very surprising in the peak season!
Review 12：Staff was knowledgeable and gave precise information. The grill buffet was nice, particularly the beef and pork dishes. They had cycles for free use by the hotel guests. These were sturdy and well maintained and made it easy to see more of the city than on foot. The canal just behind the hotel is muddy and shallow but the cool waters were a big relief in the heat.

Review 32：I asked baby bed when I made booking. But the Hotel did't prepare it. so I asked 3 times there. The hotel told me no it after 4 hour. Theroom wasn't clear especially under the beds.

Review 36：comfy beds, not too soft, hard for some people I assume but thats how we like it, better for the back, swimming pool small but enough and relaxing rooms clean, bit small but big enough to our taste location is amazing, river view gorgeous and long walks possible along the river, very relaxing, very dog friendly area and city, tons of possibilities for dog walks, only 15 mins walk from city center, lovely and quite big breakfast buffet, booked another 3 nights there in September during our next holiday
