Review 1：You could not get away from the time share. If you where not being sold one the did not give you proper service. We could have gone to another hotel if we new they only wanted to pester us.

Review 2：The pool and room was nice.

Review 3：Way Too corporate. The staff at front desk are on you like crazy when you get there...the sales pitch for the time share is insanely pushy and a big turn off, salesman Greg was a total slime ball. Told us if we didn't have $230 dollars a month for a time share then we have other real problems in life!!! The hotel and beach are pretty, restaurants there are just ok. Best one is the pool bar honestly. Too many Guests at the hotel all packed like sardines into pool. Taxis are expensive. Won't come again.

Review 4：IU would like to see the main restaurant have a few American dishes. It is the best restaurant at the resort but they only serve Mexican food. The outdoor bar/restaurant convers to an Italian restaurant in the evening. Unfortunately, they need to get an Italian chef. The Italian food was quite unsatisfactory. We both were disappointed.

Review 5：The locations is fabulous ... beautiful beach, great pool and jacuzzi. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Review 16：They lock you in a "tour" of the facility that should take 1,5 hours and instead is a sales pitch where they never tell you the truth about the real cost and real benefits of what they are proposing. Food in the Restaurants is below average compared to the average Mexican quality.

Review 18：The fact that they almost coerce you into a presentation. Also our room was very musty smelling, so had to have the windows open at night, and it can be quite noisy with the supply carts going by anytime of day or night. The gym's aerobic equipment is in poor repair.

Review 19：We loved the ocean view; walking on the beach; the nearness to Bucerias, and its' wonderful restaurants; the activities staff are excellent, and there is lots of free entertainment. The gym is free. The pools are great - very kid + old people friendly!

Review 20：I loved that my room had an ocean view and from the room to the beach is a easy walking distance. I loved the pools snd the smooth sandy brach. We felt very confortable in the hotel the whole time.

Review 21：We were disappointed that there is a charge for wifi. I think that with the rates being charged for this resort, wifi should be free. A lot of people complained about it feeling that you were being "nickle and dimed".

Review 22：From the minute we arrived, until we left, the staff were attentive and very friendly. Their quest for you to have a great stay is genuine, not contrived, as often found in our own country!! The facility is spotlessly clean. Super easy access to the beach and the pools are wonderful. The poolside wait staff are the best! Not at all pushy but always there at the right time to fill your order.
