Review 1：The only thing I didn´t like or confused me a little bit was what light switch in the room turned on what light.
Review 2：I liked how friendly the front desk staff and the restaurant staff was. When returning from the Centro Historico I could see the sign and know I was going in the right direction.
Review 3：Staff friendly, however, they really do not care at all in case of a remark / complaint!! No separate bar; inside the "restaurant" a small desk which should be "the bar". Hotel interior needs urgent renovation since it looks worn out. (carpets, bathroom etc.)

Review 8：It is advertised as a five star hotel and it is not, by any means. It isnot a bad hotel for people with certain preferences, but for people wholook for luxury it is completely misrated. I would not return, because Ilike to stay at places with impeccable service.
