Review 1：Service was bit slow. I request for an umberella and iron but have to wait about half an hour.

Review 2：The location was well located. Good place to relax your mind.

Review 3：Internet wifi was super slow! Electricity Blackout happened 2 times for some rooms only. None of the staff aware about that. So frustated with the price paid.

Review 4：Where to start.... I stayed 6 days and was miserable from the start. The food is disgusting and prepared with no flavor or customer satisfaction. I had BATS in my room and couldn't sleep. Imagine waking up to noises and a bat flying past your head. It was horrible. I was moved to another room only after the 3rd bat issue but this time faced mosquitoes eating me alive. The water is dirty and they do not offer any activites. Only 12 tv channels are offered. Nothing to watch even if your bored. WIFI!!!!! IS HORRIBLE!!! barely any service even after calling in the issue no change.

Review 10：Not a great atmosphere at night. We were often the only people in the restaurant or bar at night. There is a significant mark up on food e.g noodles cost 6 times what they do directly across the road from the resort. We paid 95 ringgit to get to the resort from the airport. When we booked a cab back to the airport from the resort the resort charged us 240 ringgit.

Review 14：Food! Other than the pizzas we didn't have anything we considered good! I was equally disappointed in western selections AND local "favorites". We've lived in Malaysia for nearly 10 years and I have to say they have one if the worst satay sauces I've ever had. Also food delivery was horribly erratic! Every lunch had one dish delivered AFTER other diners were completely finished with their meal.

Review 15：General layout and design of chalets was all quite cute. Water chalet easily accommodated us with our 10 year old son due to the existing double size daybed.

Review 16：The walkway to the chalet is old and some of the planks are coming off. Refrigerator is not properly functioning. The place will benefit a lot from a 'face lift'. Need to boost up their 5 stars status!!! Not much needed to be done, but there are some things needed to be improved.

Review 17：The location. Facilities in the hotel area are suitable for family with your children. Love the food (I ordered kuay teow). Pet farm is a plus point and the animals are well looked after. Love the pools too.

Review 20：The room I booked is King size due of my anniversary too , unfortunately the room was not available . I am quiet upset with the answer like " you also from service industry and you should know about subject to available " I choose not to spoil my mood during check in and I dun want a fight during check in , probably the duty manager who assist me is not aware that the differences of rate when you purchase king size & queen size. He gave us complimentary breakfast which Ill supposed to purchase , such a kind heart , but his reason is not updated and really mean which it shouldn't be that way .

Review 22：The room appears to be slightly dated with not much maintenance. the wooden flooring of the balcony deck has wooden planks that was slightly loose, and evidence of old age. The deck chair on the balcony deck is dirty, with dust and water stain from the rain. The key card system was not functioning when we check in the room, and failed again after the technician fixed it the first time.

Review 23：(I) One of the blanket got smell. (II) kettle and fridge are not functioning (III) our room next to the pool side is very noisy at night.

Review 25：Was surprise that we have to pay extra for the games and entertainment for the year end dinner as we thought the price we paid for is high enough to cover those games. Good varieties of food though and good vibes.

Review 26：The room services (housekeeping and in-room dining) were awesome. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Toilet is spacious. Bathtub could be a little bigger though, pretty squeezy for a 6' guy like me.

Review 29：Called for en extra towel and pillow 3 times but didn't get any response or update. The breakfast buffet was not really worth it as there is not much variety of food and lack of space to cater to every guest in the hotel. They have 3 separate locations for the parking lot. 2 of them are within the hotel compound and the third one was opposite the hotel. We always ended up parking at the opposite one as the two parking areas are full. So it was quite inconvenient for us.

Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived at 7am ok xmas day and was in our room by 11. Couldn't do enough for us. So happy.

Review 36：When low tide, u hardly see the sea underneath you. Dad's room had water leaking from the aircon. Bro's room had dead lizard in the fridge. The smell of the water chalet was horrible. With that orice I paid, should have free breakfast. Only 2 lame watersport served from hotel but its ok because other watersports available 5 mins walk by the beach. No buggy service.

Review 44：I left my swimsuit and I took my daughter for a quick dip in the family pool. I was asked to leave the pool in a rather harsh way by one of the staff. I explained that I'm a pool lifeguard and I had left my swimsuit. I asked for another 10 minutes, she stomped away. I understood the pool's policy but a courteous way of asking me to leave would be better.

Review 45：The resort is well maintained, the view and greenery are simply breathtaking. I will definitely come back again. Will make sure i pack up my swimsuit too :)

Review 46：Very poor wifi. The only place where there is strong connection is the lobby. Alot of flies too but that doesn't bother me much as it's near the beach so understandable. If you're planning to go, bring along repellants.

Review 47：It's a place for families to spend quality time together. Alot of activities you can do: swimming, table tennis, water sports etc Alot of eateries nearby as well, mainly walking distance. There's a night market nearby every weekend. If you intend to go shopping, scrap that thought cos there's no malls, mainly small shops.

Review 68：The room looked rather seasoned and its probably time for some upgrade works. Mini fridge, hair dryer, and safety box looked like an old antique piece and didn't function. There needs to be more accessible power sockets in the room for charging of electrical devices. There should be more eating outlets within the property.

Review 69：Awesome activities for the whole family from young to old ! The facilities in the property are well maintained and in really good condition. You can occupy yourself whole day at the resort without having to venture our to other places in PD.

We paid a lot of money around 1000 ringgit including taxes for sea view premium water chalet however was left very disappointed and we felt cheated. We have been in a lot of hotels in Malaysia but never seen and experience something like this. The room furniture is out of date, bed sheets very dirty and dusty, a lot of ants all around the room and especially in the day bed, bugs in the toilet as well most of the day there is a tide and no water under the chalet or the beach which was another dissapointment for us.

Review 119：Chalet quite dated with gadgets getting old like TV not working properly at times. Cannot enjoy hot bath as water turn cold after a while. Wifi was very slow. Day bed sheet was dusty. Parking is across the main coastal road even if we book premium chalet due to limited parking at the hotel.

Review 120：Premium water chalet comes with balcony having unblock view of the sea and some privacy and also complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktail at the lovely executive lounge. Breakfast was included for premium water chalet and we had dinner buffets in the hotel as the buffet spread was good and it was convenient rather than going out. Pillows were great but bed was moderate ie not as soft and comfy. Very nice landscaping inside the resort.

Review 125：I made a booking through the website. Stating i wanted it with breakfast and my time of arrival. This was not translated on the day of arrival. Even in the cost there was descrency. I was coming for a day with my wife and we have never had a holiday together. I did not want to spoil this special day with such issues. I like PD and we havent been here for over 15 years. Just did not want to spoil the day. I loved the resort and the staff attending to us. Wish i was there for a longer period. You have the charm about the place and i had a lovely evening with my wife.

On separate occasions, my daughter and husband also injured their foot at the beach due to sharp stones. The price for the food is too pricey, limited tv channels.

Review 137：Staffs at check-in counter were not friendly. Bathtub was too small (not suitable for bigger size ppl like me). Breakfast was not provided eventhough total bill went up to almost RM600. The noise from other residents hanging around the common area was a bit too loud .Resort staff should supervise especially when it is almost midnight.

Review 139：The breakfast variety was limited. Also the beach was not developed at all… very hot , no shelter and nothing done to enjoy swimming in the ocean. This is one point the hotel could improve on, especially because the swimming pools are very small and can get crowded.

Review 140：We enjoyed the view. Important would be to request ocean view if you would like to sit at the balcony. The hotel facilities are very well maintained and especially the room is clean, spacious and the high ceiling giving the room a very comfortable feeling. The pet farm is a big plus for the hotel. Our two young children couldn't wait for the one hour given time to pet and feed them. A nice experience to feel the sensation of a rabbit fur, holding a chicken or rooster on the arm while feeding them, or simply enjoying the turtles in the water… The variety of the restaurants and food quality was excellent.
