Review 2：Tarrisa, desk manager is outstanding, all staff were over the top kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, all restaurants had very good food with lots of choices. Pools were clean, and the beach was perfect. Very safe all around the hotel and village.

Review 5：From the staff to the restaurants, pizza bar, entertainment ect. We could not have been happier with our entire experience. The hotel is kid friendly but doesn't interfere with adult activities. We traveled without our 2 year old for our anniversary trip but are planning to return again soon with her. I could not have been happier with our experience. I would recommend renting a car for one day and driving down to Sayulita. This is such a cool surfer town for young adults ect. it's about a 45 minute drive.
Review 6：Hard Rock hotel is on a beautiful piece of property. The staff are amazing. They did their best to accommodate our needs. Food was very good. And, the hotel was super clean overall.

Review 9：Sound carries between rooms. We were wakened every morning at 6am by the sound of crying children and an unhappy mother in the room next door. Maybe the fact that our rooms had adjoining doors helped the sound to carry. I would have preferred a regular size bathtub to the Jacuzzi tub.
Review 10：The food was great. The staff were great. The beach was excellent for beach volleyball. The pools were warm enough to swim in. We had a ground floor room which made it easy to get to/from the pool, the beach, and the buffet restaurant (The Market). The bed was extremely comfortable!
