Review 1：I made the reservation since October and asked for a room with a view and instead they assigned a room with no window at all, it was very dark and that made me very uncomfortable specially during the day. Another point is that they only heat the pool on the weekends and during holidays we wanted to use the pool also during week days

Review 2：The hotel is amazing, it has great areas and the swimming pool is great. Don't miss the buffet at breakfast

Review 3：la cama de la habitacion que nos dieron, sabanas sucias y llenas de cabellos, cortinas viejas, me cobraron una llamada a dominos 01800, sin que este expreso en ningun lado que exista ese,cobro, no hay supervision en la alberca y una pareja estaba literalmente teniendo relaciones y habia niños.

Review 5：They had construction underway. This was very bothersome at 8-9 am everyday. would have been good to mention this before our booking. Due to the noise we were moved 3 times and every time i had to ask the receptionist (young male, semi dark skin with greenish eyes) he acted as if it was a great bother for me to be asking him. The front desk staff was not the most pleasant to say the least. Super expensive snack store. paid over 6 dllrs for 2 canned cokes and a small back of potato chips. ridiculous.

Review 6：The last room we were placed in (in the new wing) was very cozy and clean. that much was really good. The cleaning crew was very friendly and the valets as well.

Review 7：There was no smoking area by the pool. There were not enough chairs by the pool for all of the guests, and we had to wait a while before two chairs opened up.

Review 24：Rooms are old and not particularly clean. Hanger for towel in the bathroom has not seen a clean for a looooong time. Food trays left over in the corridor stayed in the floor for long time. An extra bed was sat in the corridor for many hours too. With a modest remodel of the rooms and more attention to housekeeping this hotel would be ideal

Review 30：I reserved a king bedroom that said has a bathtub, when getting in the hotel, I found out that the hotel has been remodeled and there are no rooms with bathtubs anymore. So hotel should take that out of the hotel's booking page. However, the reception manager did a very good job relocating me to a very nice room on the 3rd floor and my stay there was really pleasant. Another not so good thing is that when people walk the corridors at night, you can listen to them on their way to their bedrooms if you do not have a deep sleep.

Review 31：The hotel is located at a main avenue, close to two plazas with movie theaters and shopping. The personnel were very attentive, the food was really good. The hotel is quiet and has a pool and a garden where you can chill out.

Review 32：The bell boy and valet parking did not pay any attention to us when we arrived. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and stained, the bathroom is small and old.

Review 34：Los colchones, son pesimos, de muy mala calidad, rechinan al moverse enla cama, estan tan gastados que al sentarse en la orilla, parece que seva uno al suelo .....fatal, las llaves del lavabo no cierran bien, haymucho desperdicio de agua.
