Review 2：Breakfast was amazing! Such a good selection available. Plenty of free parking immediately outside. Walking distance to sea front and choice of restaurants. We had a room with an outside seating area, unfortunately the weather didn't permit this! Room was a good size and included a mini bar.

Review 4：Excellent breakfast, very good start in the day with. Especially the fresh fruit was much loved by us. With young children, my son is 4 years old, you have the joice of a lovely playground on the beach or a well equiped one just couple of meters from the hotel. The nearest stop of the Kusttram is less than 5 min walking distance
Review 5：Room smelt of smoke so despite all the non smoking signs, people obviously still smoke in the rooms. Strange grey walls and furniture colour schemes. WiFi was really weak and didn't reach to our room.

Review 13：It was late in the season and a number of local bars and restaurants had closed. This of course bears no reflection on the hotel.
Review 14：The owners were really friendly and helpful as well as speaking good English. The location is ideal for travelling along the coast and is situated near a motorway which made access to Brugges,Ypre and Gent easy. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection of cheeses, breads, meat, cereals, fruit, bacon and eggs etc.
