Review 1：Far from the coast, far from the first bigger town (Peniche).
Review 2：Good breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, clean room. Lot of signs to help find the hotel, which is pretty far away from the city centre.
Review 3：This hotel has a large pool area which suited our needs. After being on the road for a few days it was a welcome treat. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of a large seaside town. The Sol E Vida, a wonderful seaside restaurant seemed to be run by Hotel Neptuno. The room, staff and breakfast were all good.
Review 4：Not convenient for Balael or Peniche unless you have a car. The area is pretty dead and you're better off heading to Peniche if you are looking for restaurants and bars. The wifi in the bedroom was weak. The lounge area was taken over by the family in the evening time and it felt uncomfortable if you wanted to play pool or a board game.
Review 5：Liked the proximity to Super Tubos where the Rip Curl surf competition was taking place. The hotel is run by a family who were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
Review 6：A few kilometres away from the nearest interesting place (Peniche). The receptionist didn't speak English (but she spoke French). The person serving breakfast was not interested in the guests.
Review 7：Big parking. Spacious room and bathroom. Facilities (bikes, billiard, swimming pool). Very cheap, at least in the low season.
Review 8：Excellent value for money! The breakfast was just great, also the fact that there was a swimming pool and free parking. A very comfortable hotel, I really recommend. Would have been nice to stay longer - maybe next time :)

Review 24：Very little english spoken - this didn't matter to us but might be a problem for others. No air conditioning - although this wasn't a problem for us because we were out all day and the overnight temperatures cool down nicely (we were there in August).

Review 26：Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room which would have helped during the very hot weather. Sometimes a bit noisy at night with dogs barking and doors and trolleys.
Review 27：We had a comfortable room with plenty of storage and there is a little sun terrace on the first floor so we could get to our room without going through the hotel. Lovely swimming pool. Very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Staff were very helpful. In a village but near the beaches. The hotel-owned restaurant and snack bar are off site but have great food and are competitively priced.
Review 28：Very kind and helpful personnel. Enough of them spoke English. Hotel clean and good value for money. Nice small extras (pool table, small snacks, games, comfortable foyer). Swimming pool good enough for this context; fine to freshen up after a hot day. Breakfast was very, very good. Lots of fresh things: bread, fruit, pastries, eggs. So many to choose from! Beds were comfortable enough and long enough also. Personnel helpful to find solutions and answers if you need any help. The connected restaurant (500 meters away) is good and cheap and serves big portions! Most of the meat, fish, vegetables and deserts are fresh. Living crab, lobster and shellfood.
Review 29：Our room was close to the upper floor entrance, and the door that closed automatically made some noise by the morning when people got out and in. But no big deal =)
Review 30：Our stay was amazing. Even in July, the pool was not very frequented and majorly by families or mature couples. Sometimes we had the pool only to ourselves. The rooms were very spacious, clean and pretty. The breakfast was really diversified! I really liked staying here =)
Review 31：But, the walls were paper thin, you really hear every move in the neighboring rooms. The location is very weird, you're in the middle of nowhere, 15 minutes drive to the beach and to peniche (which is not a nice town at all, there is nothing..) The pillows had a weird smell. The breakfast was huge but the food didn't look so fresh and appetizing. And finally, we had trouble finding the hotel because the town is "consulação" and not what s written on the address.
Review 32：When you pay 40 euros for a double room, this is the best you can get. The rooms are clean, the pool is beautiful, people very nice, free parking and huge breakfast.

Breakfast is nice as well. I think 2 star cannotdescribe this hotel. It easily can be compared with 3 or even 4 starshotels. Strongly recommend to stay there. I will be happy if I can staythere for some more nights. All the equipment (Billiards, bbq, ... ) inthe hotel are free of charge.
