Review 1：No one to meet me when I arrived, 30 min wait to get into the hotel. No staff on duty during the night. Smell of tobacco coming from the vent in the bathroom. Not much choice at breakfast.
Review 2：Location is great. The lady receptionist was helpful.
Review 3：We booked a room for three (not a double with extra bed) and expected three real beds. But we got a double bed and one extra bed that we had to fold down ourselves (and move furniture to make room for it). Not clean under the bed. No shampoo, only hand soap. Elevator made strange sounds so after the first time we used the stairs, it was only two floors up.
Review 4：We could check-in at 11 as we asked. Very central location (but no parking right next to hotel). Nice breakfast room but the breakfast itself was ok, not more. We did not have the tiny shower that other reviews mention, but a bath tub.
Review 5：Pain in the bum to get into the hotel, two doors one with a code the other with a card for entry then also the room key. The breakfast was dismal.

Review 11：Off a pedestrian street so difficult to access, only parking was expensive city car park, Saturday nights can be noisy if you get a street front room. Bathrooms are very tight with ingenious dual shower/wc arrangement

Review 13：If you check in after 7pm, you need a code to the front door. It had been good with a mail regarding it, so we did not have to stand at a closed door and had to call, thankfully they answer our call! There is not one single coat hanger in the closet, it would have been nice because it was raining heavily when we arrived!
