Review 1：The staff was friendly and helpful, the view from the balcony was very nice, providing a nice view of Martinhal beach area. A short walk to the beach and main part of Sagres.

Review 5：The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on it, as we had to leave too early the next morning to begin our walk.
Review 6：There were no beach towels for hire. We brought the hotel room towels to the beach and she said that the salt would ruin the towel and if it was taken by the sea it would not come back. How much would it cost to invest in some beach towels for guests to rent?No refrigerator in the room/communal fridge. Though the owner was nice enough to keep some of our drinks in her own fridge, it was a struggle to find her when we needed something because she basically runs the place herself (one other worker occasionally around) and is never in her office. No tv in the room. Breakfast not included- for 5 euros you can have coffee cheese ham a few pastries and yogurt (no hot breakfast option). There is no lobby to go to if you need to ask for something. The wifi worked the first day but once 3 other couples moved in, it had a very weak connection. She allowed us to check in at 3, instead of 4- but the place was empty when we arrived so it was frustrating she could not let us check in earlier. 4 is a terrible check in time and very unusual for this type of facility. Check out time was between 9-11 which is also strangely early. We could not check out late and we requested that she find us a room to shower in because we were going to the beach and did not want to travel for 12 hours all sandy and sweaty. She of course couldn't accommodate us, despite that the hotel maybe had 4 groups of people at this point in time. She treated my boyfriend with respect because he spoke Portuguese but since I spoke English, we both felt she looked to me differently and was not friendly at all. On the way out she did not say thank you for staying or good bye, which was extremely rude. All in all, she has no sense of hospitality or how to run a business, and I would not recommend to stay here. This place is a scam, and the owner is too greedy to offer any additional facilities.

Could have offered a laundry service, instead was told to schlep across to the supermarket where there's a washing machine and tumble dryer outside. Luckily no one else was using the laundry facilities at said supermarket, otherwise hours could have been wasted there.

Review 15：Its is a lovely, little hotel, right next to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, the owner of the hotel very friendly and welcoming. To the closest beach it is ca. 10 Min walking distance and you can see the sea from the hotel. To the centre of Sagres it is not far either, so all in all, its very well located.

Review 19：The rooms are really nice and big. We also had a big balcony. The bed was really nice and cozy. The shower was really big and quite clean as the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast was rich and really good coffee. The staff did everything to feel us like at home. The beach is just 5 min walking and Sagres is a really nice little town with nice beaches in the area.
