Review 1：The hotel is dingy, the décor tired, and the rooms depressing. I had hoped for a restaurant in the hotel, as the name implies, but there isn't one. The wifi didn't work very well, and neither did the TV. I asked for a better room and was given one, but even here the shower head wasn't attached to the wall, and it wasn't possible to close the window. I didn't feel valued as a guest here.
Review 2：The location is good, directly opposite the train station, although the road is noisy.
Review 3：The rooms are dingy and tired, and there is cracked tiling in the showers. The wifi was very poor. The TV didn't work properly. The window didn't shut properly. Despite the name which includes the word Bistro, there is no restaurant in the hotel - I had chosen it partly because of this, so I was disappointed. As I said to the receptionist, I didn't feel very well looked after or valued as a guest of this hotel. The price is high for what you get.
Review 4：The location was good, opposite the train station in Karlstad. When I complained about my very poor room, and asked for a better one, I was given a different room which at least had a working TV.
