Review 1：Breakfast in the pub, bit crowded.

Review 2：Free parking on the street after 18.00 hrs. Central location. Good rooms, friendly staff. Restaurants nearby. Pub on the premises.

Review 3：Outdated lifts with no access to all rooms. No warning was given to us, so we took the lift, walked around the building and carried our luggage up two flights of stairs. Room very small and bed extremely soft and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we had an emergency and, although staff seem nice, they did not offer any kind of support. Perhaps it is just a lack of training in customer service.

Review 4：Location is very good and close to the main square, the shopping area and plenty of cafes and restaurants. There are very few parking spaces but we were lucky there was one when we arrived. Room was quiet and it was very well cleaned. There is a pub-restaurant and fast room service.

Review 7：Stayed at Elite for a week to attend a family wedding and had a marvellous time. Beautiful setting - our room overlooked the river. Very convenient for the rail and bus stations. Karlstad is a very pretty town with lots to see and do. Definitely would return.

Review 8：The view of the lake was lovely and the room was very nice. The Bishops Arms seemed to have the entire town gathered there to talk. Our waiter was super good. I ran on the path around the lake in the morning and loved that. The breakfast offerings were fabulous and came with the room.

Review 17：Although advertised in the elevators and elsewhere, this hotel chain offers to give frequent flyer Points for SAS - - although to my great surprise and astonischment I was tought that having booked the room through booking - this favour was not valid ! The room which on the booking confirmation was a superiour Double or Twin Room for Single use - turned out to be a rather small room with its bathroom strangely constructed one step up (!).

Review 18：This hotel has an excellent situation Close to several good restaurants, bars, Tobacco stores (3) ánd shopping. The hotel has an classical luxuay feeling from the grand epoque. My room however - although booked to be a superiour double of single use turned very much to be a rather small room with a bathroom one step up (!) which is not 100% comfortable. The furnishing was of medium to low standard

Review 19：The room was comfortable and the location suited us for walking around this pleasant city. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice, even a waffle making station.

Review 20：Bed was a little bit soft...but I slept well. The food in the restaurant was just ok, not great. Don't think that I will have dinner there next time I visit Karlstad.

Review 21：The locations was very convenient: 5 min walk to the train station, 1 min walk to the central square, running along the river from the doorstep. The room was small but nice, clean, everything you need (except safe). Good wifi and friendly staff. Breakfast was good: a lot of choice, tasty.

Review 22：Breakfast area was extremally cold. And our room was miles away from the entrance + no elevator connected to the last staircase (there were 2 staircases on the way!). I am 7 month pregnant and staff did not tell us about it and did not recommed better location for the room

Review 104：Flowers on the bridge and ouside the restaurat, quiet area, ok food. We stayed just from Monday to Thursday, so we did not experience too much. People we met in the city were all nice and serviceminded. This trip was to give my friend an experience to think about.

Review 107：Only complaint was having 2 mattresses pushed together, but we noticed this is pretty common in Sweden. We do prefer a double bed (one mattress) though.
