Review 1：Room was tiny for 3 people, heating worked intermittently, shower had no facilities for soap etc, insufficient pillows, no desk, only one chair. Did not reflect advertisements on Booking.com. Sought cash payment

Review 6：The girl who booked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend it.

Review 7：There was no private parking as promised. Only 1 coffee cup. No instructions for coffee machine. The bistro for breakfast was good but a completely different location and cafe to the one in the instructions, so was difficult to find. It was extremely inconvenient to have to pay with cash.

Review 10：One minor negative is that we couldn't get the heating to work properly and as evenings were cold would have been very helpful to have had written instructions on how to use it properly - in multi languages I would suggest.

Review 11：Its central location made it ideal to walk to everywhere in the historic district. Excellent breakfast in local bar with views of the superb cathedral tower. Very comfortable bed and stylish modern decor with superb view.

Review 13：This is a very stylish, modern b & b located right in the heart of the old town. Tommaso spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Our room was very clean with a huge shower and comfy bed. It also had a espresso machine which was a nice touch. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a lovely little bar just round the corner in the piazza - typically Italian with cakes, sweet croissants and brioche. Great Italian experience with the locals. Car parking tickets were available from Tommaso.

Review 29：Breakfast is not on site but at a local cafe and frankly I wouldn't bother going there. It lets down the B&B - in fact there is no breakfast to speak of and the cafe offers very little welcome. For that reason I rate the facilities as poor (bed and no breakfast) and also the value for money as fair. The accommodation itself is lovely and I would have rated that much higher.

Review 30：Trani is absolutely beautiful and this B&B is located perfectly to explore this lovely harbourside town with a magnificent cathedral. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful owner and we were made to feel welcome. Parking was easy and although there are some steep steps up to the apartment if you are reasonably fit and healthy they are manageable with luggage.

Review 31：No staff was available on site except for a brief check-in to open ourroom and to explain the keying system. The young woman offering thisintroductory explanation lives down the hall from our room, but she wasunavailable at any other times. The room was modern but we discoveredthat it was infested with a colony of ants. Next morning we waited andshouted in the hallway to call her to see the ants before we wouldleave. After several minutes she appeared and saw the ants moving on thefloor and reaching the top of the bedside table. She retreated to adjustthe receipt from the listed 100 Euros to a discounted 90 Euros, which weaccepted and paid in cash. We told her that we would be reporting thecondition of the room. Later the same day we received a Bookings.com e-mail stating that we had failed to show up for the booking on theevening of Thursday, September 26 for Booking 5330567851. This causes usto wonder if there has been an attempt by the B&B to cover up theproblem of our discovery of those ants. We had a receipt for our paymentof 90 Euros signed by the room attendant confirming our stay andpayment. This experience qualifies as a "Poor" rating from us.
