Review 1：hotel nearing the need for a refurb

Review 2：night shift front desk staff went out of their way to sort out a problem we had, thumbs up to them, also there is a large parking lot next door to hotel with free overnight parking

Review 3：Sliet intryck, hål i badrumsgolv, dåligt fall till golvbrunn, lampskärm trasiga , smutsigt ventilationsfilter, lösa fönsterlås osv. Soffbord från loppis. Reception medioker. Uppryckning personal lämpligt

Review 5：The garage was small and tight and not very clean. Our Hotel window overlooked the roof windows of the hotel lounge/breakfast area. Missed having a refrigerator in our room.

Review 11：Parking. They have none of their own, so we used public parking. But we arrived too late to pay for it on our arrival, so we had to rush before 9am the next day to get a parking ticket from a machine that was broken and didn't accept credit cards, we had no swedish coins, all of which turned the morning into a small night mare. But I quickly healed it with wonderful breakfast marmalade...

Review 26：Vastervik is a beautiful town and the hotel is well located. The staff was very helpful, and helped arrange a special tour that was important to me- . The breakfast was very good. I also enjoyed dining at Saltmagasinet a short walk over a causeway and next to a historical village.

Review 27：Rooms have no view so changed to a room with a sea view which costequivalent on an additional £40 a night. The room had a very dismal viewover rather ugly rooves. The more expensive room had more facilities butdid not merit the extra cost. Regrettably we did not try the bed tilllate at which point we discovered the bed was partially collapsedmeaning sleeping on an incline in a letter v shape. Staff attitude waspoor on this matter.
