Review 1：The location wasn't bad, but it did mean a tuk tuk to and from the city centre.

Review 2：Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a great selection and lovely to sit by the pool to eat it. The hotel arranged for a hotel tuk tuk to collect us from the airport, which was really helpful.

Review 11：Staff was extremely helpful. Arranged early checkin when we arrived off the night bus. Always ready with a cold cloth when we came back from tours. Had a minor problem with ac that was fixed within the hour and the manager followed up to make sure it was corrected. Breakfast was very good with large assortment.

Review 14：Odor in bathroom coming from floor drain. All tap water obviously non-drinkable, as in all hotels, so be sure to have extra water for brushing teeth. Also used bottled water for washing clothes as they had musty odor if you used tap water.

Review 16：Booked 1 day advance for a tuktuk small tour and didnt get it. Booked for a room service body massage at 3pm we were told available time is only 6pm made us wait but didnt get the massage neither. Staff should always inform d guests about whats happening not just wait for the guest to call back and ask again just to be told NO. Apart from that everything else was OK.

Review 17：A bit further from the old town than I had expected - though still only 15 to 20 mins (if you don't take a wrong turn) and interesting things on the way!

Review 18：Swimming pool and bar after a hard day out. Off the main road and quiet. A nice haven in a busy tourist town. Cheap and tasty street eats close by.

Review 19：The bed was nearly collapsing, the mattress of the bed was dirty. The pipe in the bathroom got blocked. During dinner the staff kept staring of us all the time in an empty hotel restaurant.

Review 20：I really loved the friendliness of the staff. The location of the hotel, to go to see the temple area is ideal. We even had our own tuk tuk driver, arranged by the hotel, which cost 15 $/ day. Good pool!

Review 23：The hotel's tuk-tuk driver took us though to "MotherHome Boutique", a different property by the same company (it has a different entry on Booking). We realized we're at a different hotel the next day, decided to stay though (price was the same). The hotel was nice, but a bit further away from the center - 5 minutes more walking, in total 20 minutes. The staff was very nice, but the room was not very clean (dust on the floor, dirty bathtub). Also, wifi signal was very weak in our room.

Review 24：We were picked up by a tuk-tuk from the airport (provided by the hotel), which was nice. The staff was very nice, for instance offering refreshment towels every time we came back in the evening. Breakfast was ok, with quite a few options (fruits, sausages, cereals, etc.).

The staff is amazing.Very helpful and nice young people. There are some place near main street to est too. Close too Lucky Mall and 4km to Angkor. Tuk tuk driver in front of the hotel is a great guy. I would surely stay again. It's worth to buy bus tickets if you want good service. We bought tickets to Bangkok. It was without changing buses and with meal and very comfortable.

After first night we mentioned being kept awake by possibly monkey on our flat roof and had been immediately upgraded to the building next door. After we left hotel manager sent us email that we had be over charged by $13 as both me and my wife paid for the same trip so they chase us down through Cambodia to send the money to the next hotel. Hotel has small fleet of tuc-tuc and only charged $1to get to center/pub street. breakfast self serve with no limit and wide variety.

Review 49：We could not fault this hotel at all. The negative reviews regarding the standard of English spoken by the staff are embarrassing - if you want a high standard of spoken English then I would politely suggest a holiday in an English-speaking country or else learn the local language. Nor did we find the 15 minute walk into town strenuous at all and we are both over 60 - it all depends on whether you are used to walking back home or not.

Review 50：We loved everything about Motherhome - we were met by the complimentary tuk tuk at the bus station and we were taken to Motherhome Boutique Hotel as we had been upgraded from Motherhome Inn. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, very courteous. Free bikes, swimming pool, excellent choice at breakfast. Very clean. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for service.

Review 51：Good location in Siem Reap near everything but set back on a quiet street.The staff were friendly and accommodating. On arrival we were greeted warmly and given a welcome drink and cold towels.The rooms while small were immaculately clean and restocked daily. The pool was clean and well maintained. The front desk helped us secure drivers and a guide for the temples all of whom were excellent.I would highly recommend this hotel

Review 52：they forgot to meet us at the airport, had to call them and wait for 30 mins, which was really frustrating after a long flight. I've booked twin room instead of double one by mistake and they told me they couldn't help us with that issue, so me and my husband had to deal with it. no decent shower in the bathroom, room looked very old not in a good way, our AC leaked on the floor. the hotel is a bit far from everything, so if you want to go out you'll have to take tuk-tuk.

Review 60：My review is for the Motherhome Boutique Hotel. On arrival, we were told that the Motherhome Inn was overbooked and we were upgraded to the Boutique instead. Only 500m away and even nicer. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel and garden were beautiful. The included breakfast buffet was my favorite for SE Asia so far. I was sad to leave this place. Highly recommended!

Review 61：The ONLY downside is that the internet wasn't always working perfectly. But the staff were happy to reset the router for us and it worked fine after that. Free computers in the lobby, if necessary.

The staff were fantastic in arranging everything we needed--including guides to the Temples at Angkgor and beyond--on short notice, as we didn't really have much of a plan when we arrived. They made a fantastic effort to meet our every request. The pool was fantastic, the rooms were very tastefully done and comfortable to stay in. A luxury hotel with excellent service at a budget price. Great location -- 10 min (or $1 tuk tuk ride) to the old market, and a really easy tuk tuk to Angkor. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Review 64：Every staff was very helpful. At first, we had arrived at 5:30 am. It's earlier 1.5 hr than pick up time. (We'd meet at 7:00 am) But surprisingly tuktuk driver came after 10 min. (How could he know that we've already arrived ?) after . Nice room, breakfast, cold towels provided every time you return to the Hotel, pool, massage shop on the 2nd floor, Apsara show booked by hotel.. Everything is perfect. Our tuktuk driver ,Mr.Chart, was also nice. He was not so friendly, but he always made us comfortable. I'll stay here again if I come to Siem reap.

Review 67：It's a new hotel but need indoor maintenance. Lift was not usable for at least 3 days. Smelly sheets and towels (may be due to the soap they use). Smelly and little wardrobe. The whole bathroom remains wet after have a shower as there is no shower plate. Van driver drove very fast and furious while raining a lot and there was no seat belts. The staff in charge of the tours tried to sell us many times in 5 minutes a 98 USD dinner (for two) with show when it was a dinner with show anunced in the hotel for 10 USD/pax Better take a tuk-tuk if you wanna go to Pub Street zone for dinner (1 USD one way).

Review 69：We actually stayed at Motherhome Boutique, we booked Motherhome Inn but they changed us and we didnt even realize till we were at the hotel. Very charming hotel in a great close spot to old market. They have their own tuk tuk drivers that can take you anywhere for a 1.00 USD. The room was beautiful, clean and big, but the bed was rock hard and had this huge uncomfortable pillow. On our third night after sleeping on a towel for a pillow, I found a different pillow in the closet. The airconditioner also blew directly on the bed, so it was very cold with it on and too hot with it off, didnt make for very comfortable sleeping. The staff were really friendly, took care of everything, they helped us book all our tours, transportation, gave advice, and really took care of you. The pool was nice and had good food and drinks as well. Definately recommend it!

Tasty dishes in restaurant with prices cheaper than in Pub Street cafes. Friendly english-speaking staff always ready to help and anticipate your desires. Free towels for pool, stable free wifi signal in the room, lobby and at the pool area. Tuk-tuk service is cheaper than average prices, free transfer from airport, free of charge bike rent. Location is about 15-20 min walk to the Pub Street and Central Market or 1$ by tuk-tuk. There is a GOOD spa and massage with good prices (10$ for an hour ro so). They even have an arrival-departure table of Siem Reap's airport in the lobby! Nearest store is at the gas station to the right from the hotel.
