Review 1:A lot of the top shelf alcohol they hide away after a while and replace it with cheaper brands. What's the point in being vip?

Review 3:The room was janky, the staff was slow, there was tons of construction and awful smells in our building, the food was awful, we got nickel and dimed for everything. Not worth the $475 per night.

Review 5:I checked in the guy overchanged my acoount and my bnk put a hold on account because it looked like fraud, asked the guy could i get wifi to get to account he said no, i told him well im leaving take wrist badn off i can find another place, he took me a room and held me hostage. after waiting 3 hours for them to call my bank and the bank told me how he overcharged room.and they lifted the security hold. I then paid for room it took me 3 more hours to get a room that should have been ready 5 hours agao. Never ever ever again... leaky rooms etc.

Review 7:The people contacting you by the pool, asking if you would like to haveat tour around the hotel. Only too late did we realise, that they wantedto sell some kind of holiday deal/timeshare/ god knows what!....And they were very agressive.
Review 8:We had a great stay at the Pyramid Grand Oasis. The staff was extremelyfriendly and serviceminded. Great restaurants with lots of varieties. Weliked everything about this hotel and would love to go back.
Review 9:The pool needs to stay open later. It would be fabulous to take a nighttime swim. Also there needs to be a few more nightclubs on the property for people that don't want to leave the resort and go elsewhere.
Review 10:We loved all the amenities that were available at the resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and they are always cleaning it.
Review 11:We got our room about hour late and we came to check out about half an hour late they made us pay 60$. The food wanst good and you have to wait a lot at the restaurant, and when its finaly arrived it was so small also during the day time you can seat outside of the restaurant and you cant stand the heat what made us to go and eat outside the hotel.

Review 13:Reception staff were unhelpful and rude. Room wasn't ready until well into the afternoon @ 4pm despite me specifically requesting an early check in. Dead mosquitos and flies everywhere in the room and on the bed. Building work going on everywhere which was loud and disturbing.

Review 17:This hotel sells itself as a 5 star resort but it is anything but that. The service is poor, the infrastructure is not well maintained (our section of the hotel was being remodeled and was a complete disaster). Our room was subpar without electricity, cleaning standards or working infrastructure. When we tried to address this with the hotel staff, we were basically told too bad. Never returning again and would never recommend it to anyone else.

Review 22:The reception staff are rude. Room service tale forever and reception don't pick the phone up in a timely fashion. We turned up and waited almost 3 hours to get our room as they didn't have us listed. Reception staff did not help they kept passing us to one person to another.

Instead I was send to grand oasis palm and when I called the reception and they put me on hold forever and nobody answered so I ended up staying at someplace nasty. my flush stopped working and when I called the room service. Review 35:The food needs a MAJOR Overhaul. By far the worst I ever had!! We tried every resturant they had in hopes one be better then the other. Not a chance. Tapas restaurant food has a gallon of oil in it. Brazilian resturant the meats had chucks of fat in it no meat. Everything had no seasoning. No favor!!! The only places that were decent was the coffee shop and cafe Ibiza. The floors are spotless which is a good thing. But on the other hand, They are always polishing them which makes it extremely slippery. You can fall very easily. Especially on the stairs watch out..... They charge of a key and lock for the safe.. $7 a day.. The wifi is $30 a day per device which is crazy!!

Review 45:First of all this is NOT a five star hotel maybe in mexico but NOT in the rest of the world.. First two night there we didn't have a cover on the bed just a sheet.. The TV went out and it took 6-8 phone call and 2 hour later to get it replaced.. The shower that has the great pressure well the tub doesn't drain.. you get two shower in about 6-8" of water at your feet... called about that and it on lt took three days to get fixed... and when you make a reservation for one of these all day trip to a park try and make sure they call it in so you don't get left behind.. the stall if very unfriendly, and everything is extra like a lock for the safe if you have any valuables.. the wifi is extra and if you want to do entertainment make sure you find out what days you can do it cause nothing is every OPEN and if you want extra water they act like its coming out of there pockets then you got the NOISEY AC that DONT get the room Cold all in all the place SUX Dave Frost 817-564 2240 call for more detail

Review 81:The customer service was horrible. The worst I have received ever. The rooms smelled bad. It smelled like mold and at one point I had a hard time breathing because of it. We couldn't find any water bottles on the resort unless you bought them when it's suppose to be all inclusive. The lock for the safe was not included. Had to call housekeeping more than 5 times throughout the whole day to get new towels, so we waited a whole day and until we called angry they came. I would never stay at this resort again. Never trading the RIU resort chains again now they are all inclusive with great customer service.

Review 83:Paying for a safe lock. Paying for Internet. No umbrellas neither at the pool, nor at the beach (only for additionally paid beds at ibiza beach club). Service and Stuff are not even close to 5stars hotel We've booked "Stylish standart double room with ocean view, private terrace and spa bath" at 5 stars building but the room given was more then awfull! It was not stylish at all, old dirty rooms, broken wadrobe's door, nonworking toilet, showering installation was fixed at the wall and could not be moved, moreover it was old and there were cracks around it and on the ceiling. Curtains, the table everithing was dirty, safe locker was not work, phone was not working. Person from the Reception promised to send somebody to clean the room and repair the toilet in 30minutes, but nobody came that day at all. Next day we get the room in another building (called Piramyde) for extra pay. It was much better. But we had to call everyday to clean the room, to provide towels, to bring shampoo etc. Food in the restaurants eatable, the best ones are Market place and VIP Lounge. All the restaurants opens later then they should in acordance with their shedule. I would never recommend anybody this hotel
Review 84:Beautful ocean, beach, but if you want to have godd sun beds - they cost 15 USD per day. Disco at the beach starts with good music at about 8pm, but after 10pm they play bad pop music
Review 85:Drinks are quite bad for my personal taste. Small plastic glasses and to much ice in drink. No cocktail bar, having only basic drinks and mixes. Buffet food is always to cold. I don't like there is no place where you can get the food all the time. Higher end restaurants (grand only) are not so high end. WiFi can't be charged to room instead you need to pay online, or buy prepaid in machine.
Review 86:The location is amazing and have to say one of better beach accessories (stage, beds, etc). For sure the best part of the hotel. Facilities are quite good, the pool, the spa, gym, towel service is nice, towels feel fluffy and new. Staff is nice and helpful. Great breakfast, and buffets have quite a choice.

Review 95:Floors were wet when we arrived and there were towels all over the floor. I slipped and fell in the room and my ankle swelled up making it hard for me to walk around the resort. We got food from one of the burger places cause it was almost impossible to get into one of the restaurants. We took our food back to the room so I could ice my ankle and I called the front desk to see about a microwave to warm it. They told me someone would be right up to warm our food and bring it back but no one ever showed up! Then I tried to call the front desk for the next hour but there was no answer. The icing on the cake that night was when my bf got into the shower and the shower head flew off and water went everywhere getting all my make up and toiletries wet. That's when I went down to the front desk to let them know everything that had happened for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me because there was no one to help me until 9 am the next morning. So I waddled back up to my room to eat my cold dinner and clean up the water from my stuff. The next morning I went down to guest services for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me but give me free wi fi. Which was 10$ a night! Another thing that I was disappointed in is that the food at the buffet was cold all 3 times we went and the restaurants you could order from we're impossible to get in or closed. The all inclusive liquor was watered down and they had well liquor only unless you wanted to pay for premium. All in all the stay was a bust and I thought with the reviews I had read this was a good pick but then found out first hand that the oasis is nothing but a glorified spring break resort that was def not worth the money or headache.

Review 103:Reception staff!!! Being put in a standard room despite paying for sunset room and being lied to by reception staff who said we had sunset room. Standard room had mouldy pillows, no spa bath (we paid extra for a room with one and didn't get one even when we were moved after 2 nights). Plugs in bathrooms didn't work and when pulled out, had bits of hair, blood, slime stuck on them - gross!!! (We had 2 rooms and this was the case in both). Ask to see your room first before you pay anything. Contact to Booking.com via app did not render a response with them and we were shocked with one woman's comment on reception "You haven't got the right room because you booked with Booking.com". Another family in the resort got the same sort of comment thrown at them.
Review 104:Lovely resort. Good food and selection of restaurants. Gorgeous beach. All staff other than reception staff. Shows in the foyer were worth seeing and the pop up skits around the resort during the day were good fun.
Review 105:1) The ALL INCLUSIVE is terrible! The drinks are made for drunk people that dont care about taste. The beer is always in very difficult access and you have to walk long to have one. 2) The food of the ALL INCLUSIVE are terrible too! The restaurants have very terrible service and terrible food. 3) The employes, specially the ones from the restauraurant and from room service are very, very impolite and never want to help you. 4) When was sleeping around 3 am the bathroom sink fell to the floor and broke! Yes, the sink fell to the floor and could have fallen on my foot! The service to solve the problem was terrible and took 2 days to take me to another room of the same level.

Review 112:I read all the reviews before going and I was concerned but mostnegative reviews were unfounded. The check in process was quick, thestaff were all very friendly and eager to please, the food was good foran all-inclusive type place (I've been to a few) and the onsite mainlobby entertainment was a plus. Our ocean view room (well worth it)wassmall but clean and the air conditioner kept us just fine. There was noflooding of rooms and no wild crowds. The longest wait we had for anymeal was 15 minutes. Peacocks and other birds roaming around wasdelightful and the photo ops with the lemur, iguana and exotic birds wasfun and also great photo ops....overall the resort is quitebeautiful...would def go back!

Credit cards issued to people other than guest (i.e. parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years old. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under 17 years old years old is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.
