Review 1：I have stayed in a lot of different cities in Bulgaria and I don't have some high standards really but this is really one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. First of all the staff is not friendly at all, AT ALL. The location also not so good. Another annoying thing was that we were asked to pay for using the SPA center even though that is included in the room rate in all other hotels there. At the reception desk they told us that the breakfast is poor but if we paid some extra money we can get a better one, imagine that! Since our transportation was later on our last day, we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere while we explore the city but the employee in the hotel said we can't do that so we have to take them with us. Definitely would not recommend it!

Review 8：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. There was free carparking and wifi. The food was nice. Absolutely very good value for money.

Review 9：I liked the single which they offered to me. Small, cozy and with a huge balcony. Cleaning ladies were very nice to me and in the morning I had a very brief breakfast. I had to choose a day before my breakfast from the menu they provided. Overall if you're visiting Blagoevgrad Bali will be your favorite.

Review 10：They do not know how normal Hotel should look and work :-( Unpleasant entrance, tragic quality, very dirty, bathroom without shower or bath ( hard to make it in room 1,5/1,5m), not changing bed sheets and towels whole week, heating is only throught air condition which is dramatically loud and very uneffective. Very, very poor breakfast. Never use it as a hotel.
