Review 1：It did state that there was parking but this was very limited so ended up parking on the road outside the property. Accommodation was acceptable and basic but the fridge was not working which reflected poor detail attention.
Review 2：The gardens were beautiful what a pity attention the breakfast quality wasn't reflected in the same way.

Review 5：Unlike the garden surrounding the building, the inside of the apartment is so-so. Color of the walls greenish like a hospital room. No effort done to decorate the place, no charm. Rather dark inside, few windows, poor light, would not want to spend much time inside there. Old couch (flea market?), dust on the bedside tables, shower cleanliness could be improved (molds on the shower head). Kitchen minimally equipped, no dishwashing detergent, at our arrival plates and cups were not so clean, frying pans worn out, should be replaced. Street noise from nearby busy street. Towels very thin. Open windows (could not close them, too high up) meant that mosquitoes came in and bit us during our sleep. Nearby "beach" is not worth going to. The one thing that was better than we expected based on reviews was the breakfast.
Review 6：Very nice garden with palm trees, where we could sit to relax (however mosquito-repellent is a must), spacious apartment. The Spanish young lady at the reception works hard to improve the reputation of the place. Breakfast was quite OK, much better than we were expecting based on reviews. It was more than just "biscotti & picolo cornetto". Ample space to park the car in the street, and nothing bad happened to the car during overnight parking.

Review 9：Self catering was not really self catering - not even knives,forks,spoons,pots ,pans, etc
Review 10：Accommodation was supposed to be self catering however whilst there wascooking facilities there was nothing to cook with - pots,pan,etc so you seem to have to have all this with you - we were very disappointed with this arrangement. They did however have secure parking onsite to 8 euros per night or you could leave your car in the street. Location was OK but you need a car to get to the old city.
Review 11：The breakfast was poor. Could easily be improved with a fruit salad and more choice or quantity of selection. The website was misleading in that kitchen supplies are usually distributed only if one stays minimum of a week. We did not understand this and the owner kindly supplied us with some items so we could cook in residence.
Review 12：The room was clean and comfortable. We had a little private veranda that was wonderful for eating. A very architecturally modern and stylish hotel. The gardens were gorgeous and it was a short walk to a swimming beach or to a seaside walkway to the old town. Maria who worked at the front desk was superb: helpful, pleasant at all times and accommodating to our needs. An asset to this hotel/residence.
Review 13：Nice kitchen poorly equipped, just a couple of dishes and pans. Noglasses, only plastic cups. Basic breakfast, not much left if you arenot an early riser. Expensive inside parking at 8 Euros per night!Plenty of free street parking.
Review 14：Spacious apartment ( large bedroom & bath + kitchen w/ diningarea) located in a refurbished mansion sitting in the middle of amanicured garden. Quiet street in very nice area, a short drive or along walk to the center of fabulous Trani. Comfortable bed, good shower,a/c, wifi only in kitchen. Full size refrigerator.

Review 25：The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. I like a firm bed but these were too hard and could do with a topper or mattress cover. I used a folded blanket and that worked well!
Review 26：Fantastic lady on reception, very helpful and friendly and gave tips on restaurants and things to see and do. Nice large airy appartment with plenty of storage space and a parking space just outside....tho you can park on road outside for free!

Review 30：On the outskirts of the town of Trani, about 20 mins to walk along the coast road. Easy parking outside the hotel and also inside although there is a parking fee. Good sized rooms and nice grounds. Helpful, friendly staff.
