Review 1：The pictures look lovely and it seems that the whole place is very stylish. However, when you look very closely, it sort of falls apart (the toilet flush got stuck so the water kept flowing, a switch on a standing lamp in the room was a little loose, the door knob to the wardrobe was falling off too). It is a popular place for weddings and conferences so it may get busy and noisy.

Review 2：Excellent value for money, fantastic food in the restaurant at the venue (albeit a little pricey), swimming pool and fitness centre for use of all guests. Very friendly staff. I asked for an early breakfast and they started earlier to help me get on the road early. Great place!

Review 5：- some facilities need refreshment - breakfast was quite modest (at 8.30 some dishes were finished and you had to ask for basic things, e.g. bread, sausages, scrambled eggs), however the food was good

Review 7：We booked an "apartment" versus a single room online and received a two room suite, for the same price. We were told they only have one apartment, and that was taken for the month. When I asked if the two room suite was less in cost, they said no, same price as the apartment with kitchen, walk-in closet, etc. They said if we specifically wanted the apartment, we should have stated so in the comment section when making the reservation. Also, we could not find any air-conditioning.

Review 8：Staff spoke English and were very helpful during our stay.

Review 9：Last day, it was on Sunday, they locked the door and we have to stay in the pool area. No matter that 2 guys from the technical support staff saw us, they decided to locked the the door. Luckily, we found the emergency exit.

Review 11：The hotel was clean, bright and comfortable. But what really made our trip and this hotel stand out, was the staff. The front desk was courteous, and provided the best service. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We felt like royalty. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant our last night. The food was excellent, but Marcin our waiter was outstanding. He was energetic, happy, and made us feel like we were friends. This a hotel that must treat their employees well, because it shows in how they treat the guest. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Review 12：This hotel has strange amenities that are not even close to a four-star standard. For instance, the shower head was mainly spraying water on the ceiling.
