Review 1：Small issue with the shower not getting hot enough but it wasn't a big problem and maybe a couple of chairs on the balcony so you could sit outside and enjoy the view and surroundings

Review 3：Wi-fi was temperamental at first. The compulsory gala dinner for New Year, although a lovely evening, it was a bit cheeky that it was compulsory & they charged us for it.

Review 4：Facilities were very good, as was the breakfast. Staff were very friendly & the man who organised our tour of Angkor Wat was very helpful. Check in was also good - we sat down with a drink & welcome scarf and they took everything to the counter for us.

Review 5：Wifi is not working perfect at all times but buying a local line with 5gb internet is like 5 usd. The food in the restaurant is not that bad but recommend u eat outside.

Review 21：1. Staff does not seem to understand basic English.2. We were told on arrival that New Year's Eve gala dinner would be a supplement at $68 per person, and that we had to register in advance. On New Year's Eve, at 6 p.m., we were told we were invited to the gala (but we had made other arrangements with friends at another place). And then, the following morning, when we checked out, we noticed that on our registration form, a staff had written "New Year's Eve Gala dinner included". In other words, the gala dinner was included from the beginning but we had been invited to register and pay $68 each on our arrival ! 3 . The king size mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. 4. The bathroom was really nice, but it would have been nicer to have some body lotion, as it is common in all other hotels of this class. Thanks.
