Review 1：There is no way to control the heater, and although it is never too cold, it will be much better overall if there's a way to control the temperature right from the room.

Review 8：the room was on the 4th floor narrow stair struggle to get the luggage up there. however staff did help to get the luggage. wifi in that room only marginally works. dont rely on the wifi in the room. you will have to go about to the 2nd or 3rd floor to get good wifi, still slow overall.

Review 10：Kleine bedompte kamer aan de straatkant, daardoor hoorde je de hele nacht het uitgaansleven. Niet echt een romantische plek. Gewoon in een straat.

Review 12：The staff was great, accommodation was fine, service was at top leveland I had great time in the hotel! A huge "Thank you" to theyoung man at the reception for a very big favor he did for me! A greathotel, which I would visit again if I travel to Amsterdam again!

Review 18：The room was nice, clean and well equiped. The personnel is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is buffet, so you can choose from different sortiments. I would definitely come back.

Review 19：The lift is not easy to use but it worked with a little instruction. The vending machine for drinks and sweets was a welcome addition but the display was so high that I couldn't see it. Had to ask the tall, beautiful lady at the desk for help.

Review 44：To get to my room was like going through a maze, up and down steps. At least the signs gave clear directions.

Review 45：I'd say conditions were on the level of a youth hostel, just with privacy. Everything was fine. I got good value for my money. I left early in the morning and came back very late at night so all I needed was a decent bed and hot water in the shower. That's what I got, so it was fine. Parking was easy. Lots of free spaces close to the hotel.

Review 46：The noise from neighbouring restaurant after closing (ie cleaning) and the hum from what I assume was the air conditioning made sleep late and disturbed. No butter at breakfast (a tub of margarine) and no tea available.
