Review 4：We booked 5 rooms and stayed from 11 to 13 nov. The Japanese room was very comfortable. However, the other western rooms were very warm and difficult to sleep in spite of the fact that the window was open.

There are also both indoor and outdoor spa (for men and women, interchanging everyday). The room is very big and decoration is very new!! The dinner and breakfast is very delicious!! Staffs are very helpful (even though some of them cannot speak English but they are eager to explain and help!!) Strongly recommended to other tourists~!
Review 14：Hotel is old and dilapidated. It requires renovation. The room furnishings are pretty much worn down. The futon and pillow are uncomfortable. The hot spring is small. Access to lobby is through a set of steps. The single elevator is very slow. The bath room finish is unacceptable and looks dirty.

Review 48：Wi-fi is only available in the lobby (even if they tell it is available in each room). With cable (not in the room. provided by them afterwards) it was like connecting with a 56 kb back in the 90s.
Review 49：Do not expect them to speak in english, but that does not matter!! They are incredibly kind and would do anything in order to understand your needs and satisfy them. Perfect location on Unzen volcano. Both an astonishing open air and indoor baths. Not cheap but they offer a lot. True japanese style, from futon to the (complex) breakfast.

Review 52：Staffs were kind and pleasure to introduce all their facilities. They have very good hot springs, you can use private hot spring as well. Also they have very good restaurant serving incredible food. I would like to visit there once again!!
Review 53：The bath facilities of the open air onzen (the one access from the main bar with a very narrow staircase) is very small and congested. Suggest not to use that one. The dinner is fair but the breakfast can be improved.
