Review 1：I had a small, but functional room without view/windows. Should have knocked of about 200 SEK of the price to have a good value
Review 2：The "social/lounge" is nice as well the restaurant (which is where breakfast is served too) is good. Smooth check in/out!
Review 3：The Check-In is very anonyme only with the machine at the entrance. The personel at the bar prefers speaking swedish, the responses in english were very poor, just Yes and No. To get cigarettes out of the machine we had to go three times to the bar and back to the machine

Luckilythere were 2 people closing up the restaurant next door and let us in.The machine that you use to check in said it couldn't recognize ourbooking. The employees helped us to figure out what was happening butdidn't understand why the booking was unrecognizable, luckily theyhad one room left and it was a deluxe room too! Otherwise we may havebeen on the street that night. The room was quite stuffy and out of the5 windows we had in our room only one opened slightly and there's noair con. There was also no fridge in the room but the staff in therestaurant gave us a bucket of ice no problem

Review 10：Very kind and helpfull personnel. Comfortable, modern, spacious room for four people. We stayed here two nights while visiting Kolmården Zoo; the hotel is located not too far when you have your own car.
