Review 1：Loved the location, a historic hotel set next to the cathedral, overlooking the sea, and close to restaurants. Room (deluxe corner room) was really nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Review 7：Great location but the hotel itself was a disappointment even for the considerate price. While it's a beautiful building from the outside in the best possible location of Trani, the inside lacks any style. It's rally a very basic place, more of a motel standard than a decent hotel.

Review 12：When we were there the restaurant was unavailable each night due to private functions,the bed cover on one bed was torn ( my wife tripped over on the trailing fabric ) the restaurant staff came across as rude and dismissive, contrasting with the reception staff who were polite and helpful. There is no doubt that the location is exceptional, however in terms of value for money we stayed in better hotels elsewhwere on our Puglia trip.

Review 16：Bathroom was covered with heavy mold. Shower was so bad we wouldn"t step into it. When I addressed it with staff, I was told they treat it 4X a yr! Weekly treatments of Tilex would resolve issue.

Review 57：It was noisy at night. The hotel is located in the middle of a big open square and at night young people run around shouting and it echoes everywhere. The church bells are also right next to the hotel. On our last morning at about 7am we were awoken to what sounded like canons going off consecutively for about 10 mins. We had no idea what it was, when we asked the front staff we got a nonchalant, "oh it was fireworks" response. Would've been nice to be forewarned.
