Review 2：The Lady who let us in was very kind and even that she had to come from the neighbourhood wasn't that we had to wait long. The room was comfortable, wifi worked. The breakfastroom is pretty and the breakfast nice. We would come back.
Review 3：We couldn't get in our room one night (due to the key not working) and it took many phone calls to get hold of someone, in the end we had to phone the restaurant next door to get in touch with someone, then she came down and was miserable and not apologetic, as it wasn't our fault I felt an apology was in order !! However the following morning the other lady was very apologetic and sorted it out otherwise I would have given 5 stars !!

Review 10：The hotel so kindly accepted our luggage shipped by courier and also allowed us to return our luggage to them for collection at the end of our holiday,even though we were not staying there again. Couldn't have been more helpful.
Review 11：It is just enough to stay in Ijmuiden. It's a little more than what you can expect, but it's not luxury. It is perfect for a short stay. And all accommodations are accounted for.

Review 67：I agree with a previous reviewer in that the hotel wasn't easy to find a good 20 minute walk from the Fast ferry port. The owners were indifferent and didn't really seem to care that you were staying there at all. Certainly no friendly welcome on arrival simply a quick run through the keycard operation of the room and breakfast hours. The breakfast was basic as were the facilities in the room. There is a restaurant which opens Wednesday- Saturday only, I was there on Monday and Tuesday so it was closed which was a pity since eating opportunities in Velsen in the evening in the hotel vicinity are limited.

The owner was very helpful and allowed us to store four bikes inside the main building. Breakfast was self serve with plenty of options from cereal to fruit, meats, cheese etc. We only paid 64euros including breakfast and all things considered it was value for money.
