Review 1：All the staff are very friendly and helpful, esp the english speaking front office staff, always delighted to serve and help, and nice hop spring, we had an enjoyable stay!

Review 3：Japanese style room for 3 adults was extremely spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the onsen too! We requested a vegetarian meal for my mother-in-law and they were able to prepare the food accordingly. Wished we had stay an additional day!
