Review 1：poor breakfast, no curtains, no TV, lampshade does not work, noisy street, noisy party in the terrace until early morning

Review 3：Had booked a double room, but was given twin room. This was changed to a double room, but they tried to charge an extra 140zl for this. Room was dirty, on arrival toilet bowl had excrement left in it. Mattress was hard and had many stains on it. Bedding did not fit mattress and was frayed. Towels were old and hard. Window blinds were broken. No tea or coffee making facilities provided. No hairdryer provided in room. Hot water had to be run for at least 10 minutes to be hot enough for a shower. This hotel is in dire need of refurbishment.
Review 4：Location is good for centre. However, it is on a hill with a steep drive. It is located right next to the Ampitheatre which during our stay had 2 morning childrens concerts, also sometimes has evening concerts, which some people may find noisey
Review 5：The first room we were shown was dirty, small, dark and smelt of cigarettes. We changed room to one that was clean and spacious. But on the whole the hotel is not very clean.
Review 6：Breakfast was satisfactory. Hot and cold buffet style food. Staff were pleasant although no one spoken any English which was a little difficult.

Review 11：* dirty room - cobwebs, dust, pubic hair in the bathroom, dirty bed sheets, old furniture, old and stained blinders * the food for breakfast looked really unappetizing and the bread was stale; not much choice of food generally looking very risky and unhealthy for consumption * the restaurant where breakfast was served was about 10 degrees centigrade Either they will do a general overhaul of the whole building or they will disappear in the next 3-5 years.
