Review 1：We could not get into our room. We arrived late and we had informed the hotel in the morning. we were given the code for the doors and was told our room would be open but it was not. This was very distressing for us.
Review 2：We didn't trust the slight construction of bunk bed for older kids, there was no protection from falling down from upstairs. We used the mattresses from other beds and one of us slept on the floor.
Review 3：Parking over night in the garage nearby was cheap.
Review 4：Due to the timing of my flight I arrived after 22.00 which meant carrying my suitcase up flights of stairs because the lift was not available to me until I had checked in.

Review 6：Somebody had smoked in the 4 persons room we got for a longer time. Terrible smell! The carpet, curtains and the bed smelled so badly that some of us couldn't stay for the second night. It was Christmas time so no breakfast was served at all!

Review 8：Nice rooms and atmosphere. We are early risers so hotels that serve breakfast on the weekend at 8 are a no-go for us. So this nice hotel with breakfast at 7 was perfekt for us.
Review 9：- Had to ask twice for the code to come in into the hotel after 22.00. Felt as they did not like late arrival. - Not so nice view if that is important. - Hard to find parking. Expencive to use the hotelparking.

Review 35：This was a very nice hotel once you got inside, the outside and entree are a little miss leading. What stands out was the breakfast area which was well lite and hommy. the food selection was nice. This was a great dollar value. The lobby computer does time out, so type fast!!
Review 36：Be aware that the hotel is somewhat old and on the 3rd floor of a regular apartment building. The reception closes at around 10PM and you need the let yourself in with the key. Mine didn't open, so I was lucky to get in when another late comer came shortly thereafter. I asked for the access code for the next day and that worked just fine.
Review 37：The only singleroom in the hotel is located in the outer corner across several bars which are very noise in the evenings. Earplugs are a must!

Review 41：Rooms need some refurbishment as they look a bit 'old'. There was no proper wardrobe in my room for putting clothes in (I could hang clothes up but cannot put anything flat down). I had wire Internet access in my room but the wireless could be accessed reliably (simply solved by installing router or relay in my corridor).
Review 42：The hotel is centrally located, really easy access to the town & tram system. It is walkable to from the central train station. Staff are friendly, breakfast choices is good although repetitive if you have a long stay there. There is a fridge in my room which kept my beers cold (as the price of alcohol is ridiculously expensive in these Nordic countries). The hotel is value for money for Sweden.
