Review 1:Towels sometime are not clean

Review 4:This was our first time to this resort and it was our honeymoon. The service, food, location and staff are above the rest. Every little detail and extra mile was finessed. The service and staff are what make this place sondeireable. Highly recommend to any couple young or old. This was our fourth time to Mexico and we will be back to Le Blanc next year!
Review 5:The resort credits are a joke since they only let you use a portion on the spa. The massage was horrible and they did not refund the same. The food was not that great.
Review 6:It was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff clearly wanted to make sure you were happy!
Review 7:The day I left and the porter came for my bags, he knocked and said he was here for my bags and I was indisposed at that moment and asked him to wait. Just a minute later he unlocked my door and entered the room. I am a veteran of a few wars and got a bit jumpy when this happened; popped the blissful bubble for me. I would ask that when a guest asks someone to wait a bit, they do not enter the room unbidden. Otherwise a perfect experience. Thank you.

Review 10:We booked Le Blanc because it was rated the #1 resort in Cancun. I was a little hesitant initially because of the price and worried about what the experience was going to be. I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton, Fairmont, Four Season, Intercontinental, Peninsula, and boutique hotels. The Le Blanc experience exceeded all of them! The attention to detail was amazing. I am an engineer by education and am obsessed with detail. The management and ownership have excelled in the training of ALL of the staff at the Le Blanc. Every single waiter, bellboy, butler, front desk staff, bartender, etc., asked how we were doing, asked if there was anything they could do for us, and it was obvious they meant it. The staff was so attentive and pleasant, and quite a few called us by name. The resort was immaculate. The grounds were exquisitely groomed, including the beach, the rooms were squeaky clean, and the pool loungers were covered at night to keep them clean. The restaurants were better than 5-star. Again, the service was outstanding. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The food was outstanding, at least as good or better than any top restaurant in our home town of Houston, or any restaurant we have eaten at in all of our travels. Even the presentation of the food on the plate was pure artistry. My wife and I both commented that the was ABSOLUTELY the best experience we have had in our lives! We are in our early 60's and have travelled all over the world and have stayed in many top resorts. I could not find one area to fault the hotel or the staff. I still marvel at the training program, as I run a business myself and am in awe at the wonderful job the management has done! We will be coming back to Le Blanc time and time again as we have found Utopia! We joined the Palace Elite program based on our experience at the Le Blanc.
Review 11:The wifi was very poor the entire week we were there. It practically didn't work, which now-a-days is unacceptable in a high class establishment. Resort credits included in the package are unnecessary and it left the prices inflated, especially the spa and salon.

Review 13:The balcony isn't really one. You can hardly stand in the tiny space. It was very humid so the room, sheets etc. smelled a little musty. Wifi is pretty slow.
Review 14:Beautiful resort where everything is done for people to have an excellent time! The staff is great, the food as well. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant. They have Pilates, aqua spinning and many other fitness classes.
Review 15:The only thing we encountered that was slightly annoying was that the nice French restaurant was reservation only and they were unable to accommodate our group of 4. We would of had to split up in groups of 2, or go to dinner at like 9:30 pm which we weren't interested in. We were only there for 4 nights so we didn't have much flexibility. My suggestion would be to book your dinner reservation for the French restaurant right when you arrive to ensure availability. It was probably our fault that we waited to reserve.

Review 22:Everything from the minute you stepped inside the door was first class. The staff, the butler, the room, the pool, the food, it all exceeded my expectations. The food was varied and freshly cooked and there are various restaurants to chose from with a cook to order menu that is to a very high standard. The staff go above and beyond and are always pleasant. Entertainment is good and the hotel is spotless throughout. Different pools to choose from each day. The spa is also excellent with a great range of facilities.
Review 23:The facility is showing some signs of age, though it is well-maintained. In particular, since we came from Secrets The Vine, this was noticeable. Secrets is a new facility were everything looks perfect. Some moderation and freshening would hurt. The buffet restaurant looks tired as well as the tiles on the pools etc. Also, some doors and windows are looking a bit worn. The facility could be improved without a complete makeover.
Review 24:The service in this hotel couldn't be better. The staff is well-trained and very observant. Nothing is too much trouble and everything by everyone is done with a smile. Also, the food is excellent in the various restaurants. In particular, the Italian restaurant was very good. There is no pressure to buy the wines which cost extra. A wine list is presented which contains the standard and 'extra' wines. We only had the standard wines and they were quite good. The bottle is brought to the table and served just like a normal restaurant. I mention this because many all-inclusive hotels serve there standard wines only by the glass. The internet is very good. There is no log-in. Just select the hotel provider and that's it. It works well everywhere and is fast.

Review 41:I can't say enough good things about Le Blanc! Before we went onvacation in Cancun and stayed at Le Blanc we hadn't been on avacation for several years. At first, our stay was booked at a differenthotel through AppleVacations and we had a terrible experience at thathotel and AppleVacations was extremely difficult to deal with during ourstay. We immediately checked out of the other hotel and were lucky tofind Le Blanc had a room available for the remainder of our stay (6nights). Not only was Le Blanc extremely helpful upon checking in at thelast minute but they also sat down and helped us with contactingAppleVacations! I'm so glad we chose Le Blanc to be the placed westayed in Cancun after all those years of no vacation, we had a perfecttime! Every single staff member was truly wonderful at their job! Fromcheck in to check out, everything went extremely smooth. The food isamazing, now that I'm home I'll be looking for recipes torecreate some of the dishes that we had at the hotel! Thank you guys somuch for the wonderful hospitality and the most relaxing vacation thatwe could have asked for! I can't wait to visit again soon. Le Blancdefinitely lives up to being the best hotel in Cancun and I would arguethe best hotel anywhere! Review 42:staff is incompetent and very very slow and burocractic buttler puts phone not back which makes it beep at night food is bad. French fries totally soft and old, McDonalds is better! Despite all inclusive we went out for dinner! Very noisy at night - the room door is so thin! Every door opens to a common interior space which looks nice but its very very noisy from asian wedding groups
