Review 1：The resort general staff loitering at the reception counter in the evening looking for free WiFi..they are rude with legs putting on the coffee table without appreciatig the presence of guests...shame on them..kindly do something pls

Review 7：The pool is dirty especially the children's pool. It was not cleaned properly. The pool was only open at 9.40 am because the pool guard was cleaning the pool started at 9 am only. The best part he did not bother to clean the children's pool. I was upset because I have to wait for one hour before my child could go into the pool and same goes with other guests.

Review 27：Requested for late check in at 3pm, room was not made available until 5pm. Receptionist was not professional. Checked in with room door latch missing, this was fixed but cost me a late dinner after a tiring day. Clear directions for guest to make way to their rooms upon check in would be appreciated. Unattended ponds with mosquito breeding is a sore sight to see. Not up to my expectations but overall was just ok. Improvement will surely attract me on my next visit
