Review 1：WIFI was unusable the majority of the time even with a WIFI router over our room door. Hot like a Sauna in the room even with the heat completely off - all that accomplished was making the floors cold. Check in process was very rude. The hotel is basically a huge kindergarten with more children than adults, if you don't want to spend your trip surrounded by screaming children running around with no control do not go here! Not what I expect for the price of the facility. Example - trying to have a nice drink by the fire in the 'bar', kids everywhere playing games and climbing on the seats we were sitting on already.

Review 4：The food was outstanding. The buffet was everything a healthy eater could dream of, plus a three course meal on top. The spa area was relaxing. 6 different saunas and steam rooms was like nothing I have ever come across. Perfectly clean and very soothing.

Review 21：Service at meals could be a bit prompter (understaffed?), the food at dinner could be better given the quality of the rest of the hotel. The afternoon snack could be a bit more generous (e.g., coffee). But all these are minor things given the overall very high level.

Review 33：A map would be handy to find your way around this fabulous hotel - I only discovered I could access the ski room directly by lift on the 3rd day! When ski ing back the direct route is by a not particularly enjoyable red run - although easily accessed by a blue via a baby button lift this route involves a long schuss usually followed by a bit of uphill tramping! A little 'pulley rope' here would transform the whole experience! Not enough to put you off - just an observation.
Review 34：Best run hotel I have ever stayed in...exemplary staff and excellent facilities - a large hotel with small hotel feel due to clever design - Wonderful spa - extremely relaxing despite a number of children enjoying themselves - amazing sauna and steam room areas especially the rest room with open fire and the welcome 'fabric' sauna (swim wear allowed) for those not wishing to prance around in the 'altogether'! Access to ski lift without having to carry skis up or down a single step - Would return tomorrow if I could!

Review 37：Mattresses on the beds were a bit soft. The soft surface was nice, but the beginning hole in the middle (with our weight of about 80 kg) was a slight minus to the otherwise comfortable beds.
Review 38：Quiet and very spacious room, with view from the balcony up the Festkogelbahn and ski slope (superior room). Nice long beds, well-equipped bathroom. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Delicious dinners, with attention to both presentation and taste of the food. Excellent choice of accompanying open wines, as well as bottles, which our personal waiter Marcel was happy to give good suggestions on. Getting on and off our skis right outside the hotel door was very convenient. We did not try the wellness, but the area looked great and it was nice to have the option.
Review 39：The layout of the hotel was confusing as there are two parts joined by an aerial walkway with all sorts of different lifts. Apart from that, the position as far as the ski lifts is wonderful, the staff were plentiful and extremely helpful and the food superb. A great spa area which perhaps needed a bit more explanation on the initial tour as there were parts which we did not discover until the third day ! All in all a really relaxing and enjoyable short break.
Review 40：The dining room set up was linear and so for us a table for 5 meant thatsomeone had to keep on moving when going up to get anything from thebuffet. Food was good but one did feel as though you were beingprocessed.
