Review 1：The hotel is located along the main boulevard into town thus there is traffic noise.
Review 2：The staff were helpful in every way. The room was clean, tidy and well-maintained. The main attractions were all in walking distance.
Review 3：No elevator, if you have big or heavy suitcase ask for a room in the first floor.
Review 4：It has parking lot, you can leave your car and go walking to downtown that is very difficult to park.
Review 5：Nice clean simple hotel. Excellent staff. Location is on the Main Street with free parking and still very easy to walk up to Central. Taxco is a great town.
Review 6：Its not what we didn't like. Its potential mature hotel guests should know that the walk to the zocalo is straight up a 35 degree grade with no sidewalks. Coming down on foot would be just as dangerous. There are taxis both ways.

Review 14：Hotel is on noisy and busy main street. Ask for room in back; that helps a lot when in your room. Not many restaurants nearby.

Review 20：The pool is more for looks. Didn't go in, but I imagine it was cold without heating. The location is a bit noisier being located on the two lane highway going through town, but should not be an obstacle considering the fine access to bus terminals and the center.
Review 21：Very fine attentiion and personal service. The room and bathroom were very clean and functional, with a wrap around balcony. An onsite restaurant serves tasty Mexican cuisine. All of this was very economical
