Review 1：old fashioned like from the "nursing house in the 80ties . "interior design" is original from the 80ties also Old, damaged furnitures and beds - not so clean

Review 3：Poor interior and old shabby furniture. Poorly equipped kitchen and ancient fridge. Noisy, we could hear everything what was happening in the hall. We didn't feel comfy at all in that space, and were really glad to get away after our 1-night-stay. Bad value for money, look for something else, if you have a chance. Owners should really consider renovating the place.

Review 11：The hotel is in a state of disrepair, and needs drastic refurbishing. The bathroom was particularly bad, with stained tiles and decaying skirting boards. The bathroom fittings were ancient.

Review 13：The hotel is quite old and of course this brings some disadvantages along... E.g. the sofa had some nasty stains, we didn't use it. We didn' use the kitchen as our stay was quite short, but I wouldn't have used it anyway due to the overall appearance. Moreover, there was an unpleasant smell in the building.

Review 14：The location and view are amazing! There are a lot of really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The bathroom is very clean, even though it is old. There is absolutely nothing to complain about this room. Bedding and sheets were also absolutely clean and fresh. In general, this hotel offers quite good rooms for a small price.

Review 17：Most negative point was the stench of the room, coming from the bathroom and a bit from the kitchen sink. Bathroom had an awful smell and was in a very poor condition: dirty anti-slip mat inside the shower-bath, dirty curtain, water didn't drain well. The sliding windows were hard to close and felt on the verge of breaking - probably quite easy to force open. WiFi connection was slow and broke down all the time. No kitchen soap, sponge, or basics for cooking.

Review 18：The location is very good, in the heart of town and close to the sea. Reception is 24h and staff is very friendly.

You get the feeling they don't have any advanced tourism qualifications to work in a hotel and that they are doing a favour when they deal with the clients. They talk to you with no kindness at all. I watched a female worker shouting at some girls who were clients that were just asking questions. The hotel is a construction from the 70's/80's with poor urban planification and you get the feeling of being in a typical cheesy Algarve hotel. The WiFi was poor and you just had it at the reception.

Review 84：This is a perfectly adequate aparthotel - clean, well appointed, good facilities and helpful staff. It isn't on the seafront and it is worth noting that 'sea facing' rooms actually look out onto a car park and another building before the sea. However, the beaches are fantastic and it does its job well.

Review 92：Surroundings, views, beaches, ocean. The nearest beach is in the small bay, so there are weaker waves and winds there (that facilitates swimming though the water itself is rather cold as everywhere in Portugal).

Review 95：the lack of friendliness from the hotel staff, greeted on check in with barely a smile and no information about anything, just given keys. We had asked for a bouble bed when i booked in march and our stay was in august, we were told the hotel was full and nothing they could do. we checked online and the hotel was not full and were told 'just push the beds together' which was impossible due to the built in shelf between the beds. The beds themselves were like sleeping on rocks, i think they were older than me. would not recommend anyone to stay here just mostly due to the lack of hospitality of the bald headed man that was on reception. There was no bar/ restaurant and the hotel seemed like a ghost town that is waiting to close down
