Review 1：The room was too small for two people especially if you're carrying a lot of luggages. Also, there were no windows looking outside. Instead, we had a view of the shopping mall where Hotel Kupolen was situated.

Review 6：Complicated key and arrival arrangements due to lack of manned reception. Room architecture and efficiency poor due to the Kupolen roof- and wall-architechture. Risk of head damage in both hotel room and bathroom.

Review 8：It's quite to get in because there is nobody at receptionist. The breakfast was standard Swedish food.
Review 9：The staff was nice. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Near to the train station, shopping mall, and supermarket. Very quiet.
Review 10：You need to drive if you visit Borlange coz the places of interest has no bus connection. And when it falls aft summer season in sweden, everythg shuts down until official winter season begins.

Review 12：Not a hotel as per North American standards except the price...... Reception only staffed a few hours in the morning. You're provided with a numeric code to the entrance which is shared with several businesses. Your room key is obtained from a lock box and the "hotel" is located on the top floor. Rooms are very small. Breakfast was included according to my booking, but I was charged for it. That said. you can't ask for a more central location.

Review 15：There is nobody at reception starting from 4 P.M. They leave your keysin a box, it's difficult to manage. Then, if there is any problems,nobody can help you. The dishes at breakfast were dirty. I don't advicethis hotel to other people.
