Review 1：Brochures about sights nearby would have been nice or something like a little tour/orientation desk. Restaurant food could be improved a little.
Review 2：location is great next to Palio so there is some entertainment. Parking is easy and staff is friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious good starting point for excursions. Breakfast is typical Thai with some western dishes overall quite nice.
Review 3：To my dismay I found that the property is divided and a fake Italian looking village built next to the resort. The large ground of the resort and the leisure activities are all gone. Now it has become a small green patch surrounded by 3-4 hotel wings.
Review 4：The hotel is located in a small valley in between to small green hills. I have visited the place before but not stayed there. This time I decided to stay there because of my pleasant memories of that quiet location.

Review 32：It's my first time at Balios. My husband and I booked Delux room from booking.com. The over all hotel was OK but the room we got was a distance from the swimming pool and restaurant. We had to walk through 2 buildings to swim. The girl at front said the standard rooms were near but smaller size and were in the old building (had been renovated yet). The breakfast was fine with the price. I will recommend Balios to my friends. But I will try standard room for my next visit.
