Review 1：The centralized aircond was too cold, especially at night to the extend that we were shivering, even when it was turned down to the lowest speed. When i call the reception to ask for 2 extra blankets, she said she can only give one. That did not make sense, since we had 2 single beds and it doesn't make sense for one person to have an extra blanket and another to freeze. Finally we decided that the best option is to sleep with the aircond turned off, which ended up not being a very comfortable sleep.
Review 2：The location was excellent, 3 mins walk to the beach, the hotel was surrounded by seafood restaurants, stores and some massage parlors. The hotel was clean and spacious, breakfast was simple but tasty.
Review 3：1. Decoration is a bit old but everything works 2. Aircon is too strong so two layers of quilt is needed 3. Fried noodle etc in breakfast is not tasty as it should be

Review 7：The front desk staff need to be more courteous and friendly. As the rooms do not have a safe, we need to place our valuables at the deposit box so at times I felt they were unhappy to oblige as my group was a little big. Also when I made the booking , I was under the impression that the hotel was situated at a private beach- this was a little disappointing and the beach activities there made hard for us to have a safe swim.

Review 9：Most if not all the facilities are old and runned down. Also, the resort is sharing pool and site with rented apartment unit. Owner should refurbish all the facility and give this place a facelift. My room Aircond was super cold even with the lowest speed setting. Couldn't have a nice warm sleep cos of that.

Review 19：Charge collected was more than what is reflected in Booking.com. The reception said "GST" apparently. This should be reflected online. So a family room (with GST) cost us RM500++ a night. I love to eat. So, with this price, I would've expected a nicer breakfast spread, rather than just bland nasi lemak, nuggets, and bread loaves that you can find in kedai runcit.

Review 36：There was so many mosquito fly inside our room when we open the balcony that face to main road, children badly bite by mosquito at night, that was really nightmare. Your management really need do something on that. And also another thing I faced on the day we stay n really badly interruption us was... at night alot bikers maximum their bike volume n race at midnight!!! They never consider people in sleep. I felt very angry to this behaviour of people. Please do something!!!
