Review 1：Insufficient parking spaces. This may be due to tradesmen sharing rooms but having more than one vehicle. However the motel was clearing some land next door to construct some more parking. The pool was small and crowded with children. Location of pool in the centre of the car park made it dangerous for young children to cross the car park to the room. Needed to drive to Town Centre as a little too far to walk.

Review 2：We were placed in a newly built section of the Motel that replicated town houses. The modern amenities were both functional and boutique. The modern kitchen area had a stove, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge and cooking utensils for those planning a longer stay and wanted to cook their own meals. The room immaculately clean and was spacious and so was the gorgeous bathroom. The shower pressure was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Free WiFi and Free Foxtel (limited channels) The staff were friendly and informative. There was a restaurant attached to the motel but didn't dine there as went to the Soldiers Club for a meal and to watch a sporting event on a sporting channel that was not included in the room Foxtel channels. Easy access to the Highway.

Review 5：Very happy with the place and staff overall. A kids area would be nice. The pool was great and very friendly staff. We asked for an extension on checkout, no problems at all.

Review 6：Dinner was delicious although we had to wait a long time before getting our meal. The friendly waitress mentioned this as we entered the restaurant which managed expectations and she even offered cheese while we waited which was nice. The menu seems a little too complicated for the venue and in my opinion should be simplified to reduce waiting times for tired and weary travellers.

Review 8：The check in was no fun at all, after driving for 8 hours on a hot day with 4 adults and 2 kids we just wanted to get the key and relax and have a swim and a beer especially considering they rang me 2 days before our stay wanting the $265.00 for the 1 night stay I thought it would be simple like the other 5 places we had stayed in on our trip to the gold coast and back but no I had to hand over another $100 just in case we had one of their overpriced drinks from the bar fridge, when I asked if I could drop the money in a bit later she said no need it now. really .20 minutes later we were checked in. we will never go there again because of the check in experience.

When we told the staff all they said is thanks for letting us know but they already knew. You would think they would offer a discount since we put up with it the time we where there.

I don't like being treated like a suspected criminal out to rip off the motel I'm spending one night in. Won't stay there again.

Review 16：The staff member who booked us in (on Friday afternoon) could have been more friendly (the two staff members on Saturday morning were very friendly - staffing is difficult). My only real complaint was the extremely poor WiFi reception. From our room it was possible to connect but not to do simple web browsing or read email. This would have been a 5 star review if the WiFi had been usable.

Review 17：This is a good quality motel. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were modern and great. Breakfast can be served either in your room or in the motel's dining room; we ate in the dining room and the bacon was really crispy - yum! yum!.

Review 28：Quite location. The room I stayed in was one of the recently built ones and was very fresh and clean. The hotel walls are brick so its fairly quiet. There was no issue with noises at all. The car parking is more than adequate.

And no offer of compensation or alternative option. we were on a tight schedule so never got to have a shower and had two huge days of 7 to 8 hours driving and family funeral. Review 34：Bathroom was unusual. You had to open the door all the way then walk past the door, turn around then close the door. You had to make sure you were behind it before you could close it as there was no room.

Review 39：This is proper international standard accommodation; bland but modern, very comfortable facilities. Bathroom and bedroom being on different floors might be an issue for some people but for us it was very good as it saved my husband a disturbed night sleep. Television is an absolute monster and there are two of them. Didn't go in the pool but it was both open and heated; which ain't always the case!

Review 62：Noise transmission from the room above mine. I was in 203 and had to move because there was a family above in room 204 with children who constantly ran and jumped. The running and jumping went on and on for till about 9 pm when I finally decided I could no longer tolerate the running/galloping above. The noise was incessant and I wonder about the sound proofing (if any) installed in this motel. Noise transmission really destroyed an otherwise good motel stay. In fact, when I was moved to the next room 205, the running/galloping noise from 204 still transmitted down to room 205 and in particular through the bathroom ceiling.

While well appointed they would best to have the downstairs as the bedroom/bathroom/wardrobe and the upstairs as the sitting/lounge area. Kettle wouldn't fit under the sink tap. Bad design which was a shame as the amenities and fit out were of good quality

Review 91：There were four of us adults and a baby in this unit with two bedrooms and a sitting room as well as a very well equipped kitchen (even a dishwasher) and a dining table. We were very impressed by every aspect of this motel.

Review 106：we had a king spa room and the spa was filthy. All the gunk that came out of the jets was disgusting and changed the colour of the water. We took photos of it and showed them at reception. The receptionist blamed Goulburn water and demanded to see the proof. We showed them the scum left in the tub that was caked on and the photos and all she said was they clean the spas every day. She refused any sort of refund from our $180 and offered us a small $7 jar of apricot jam for the inconvenience. We have been advised to report the matter with the Department of fair trading and health inspectors with the photo evidence, which we will be doing
