Review 1：The food quality is very bad. They completely ruined our Xmas eve dinner with bad service and very bad food. Although the suite is pretty complete (no safe) the normal rooms don't have a fridge. The aircos are very old and noisy. TV has only Spanish channels. Balcony doors are very old and sometimes cant be locked anymore. Free WiFi is slow and unreliable.

Review 2：Located with a amazing view on Taxco and surrounding mountains. Rooms are fine, the suite we had was very nice. Staff in general is very friendly. Free DVD 'rental' for the more expensive rooms.

Review 3：We were so excited about the hotel and everything about it, but were so disappointed that it is not as clean as we thought, the front desk people were not attentive to our needs, we did not have hand towels, and it took like 1 going to the Front desk, and 2 telephone calls to remind them that we needed them. And it was not like the hotel was full, by the middle of the week the hotel was completely empty, we were the only ones in the wing we stayed at. The food in general was ok, nothing special, but the worst thing was the carpet in the restaurant, it looked old, dirty and smelly, and let's not talk about the birds flying inside and getting on the tables and eating your food, that was disgusting, and the waiters did not care at all, we got after them and tried to get them out of the restaurant and the staff did nothing. The swimming pool was kind of slimy, the tile on the sides of the pool needs immediate attention. The entire hotel needs maintenance, it is very pretty but definitely the people who work there don't take care of it. Also, you have to spend a lot of money to go back and forth to town.

Review 11：We did not get the rooms we booked. We had to be separated and have 2 roll away cots added to our room. We had to argue with the staff about the beds versus our reservation.
