Review 1：Our massage, "fancy" shower wasn't working (old); I think they just need to remove the "fancy showers" and put in a nice, regular, rain shower in each room.

Review 5：cant think of anything, but to be helpful will say that you need to have a car to make the most of the location.

Review 6：Very friendly staff, all from the same family. They made us feel more like part of the family rather than hotel guests. They offer great service and help with recommendations for restaurants and boat trips. Although it states they don't have a restaurant you can arrange to dine at the hotel each morning and they will cater for you. we ate twice and had a lovely meal both times. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good sized bathrooms and cleaned every day. Location is 20 mins from the town of Santa Teresa di Gallura and 40 mins from Palau. There are many splendid beaches to visit along the coast near by. They also have an arrangement with a nearby holiday village to use their outdoor swimming pool with ample sun loungers, providing a peaceful alternative to the beach and is only a 5 mins walk away. We shall be retuning a soon as possible.

Review 7：Lovely hotel and staff. The rooms and patios were nice and had everything you could need. Dinner available at request. Best to go to nicer beaches in the surrounding area with a car rather than the one that is a few mins walk from the hotel itself.

Review 17：Decent hotel, but a bit over-priced. The beach at Vignola Mare is crowded and not very pretty, but there are fantastic beaches nearby if you have a car.

Review 19：Hotel Club Ragno D'oro is very-very nice comfortable hotel located next to the sea, near the pine forest. It doesn't have big buildings, only 25 bungalows, so you won't hear tourist mob around and will enjoy calm. Each bungalow has tv with a lot of foreign channels, furniture is new and comfortable, airconditioning system works fine. All stuff of the hotel is very friendly. The sea is just 200m away. The nature there is amazing.

Parkaround the hotel is beautiful with a lot of tables in the grove. Thebeach is just a two minute walk. We had a breakfast on the beautifulterrace under the olive and fig trees. We will return again to thishotel for sure. Very dog friendly hotel.

Review 24：We were in room number 1. Next to room is boxes with aircondition for hole hotel. It was really noisy. Really. You could not sleep or take relax on terrace. Terrible.

Review 26：The hotel is in the middle of camping area, the view from the hotel is terrible, you can't see the mountains, the see, only the camping. The distance to the see is circa 300 meters, and the beach is really medicore compard to the once available within 10 km range. They didn't change the towels if we dropped to the floor. The breakfast is really boring, every day the same small selection, and there is no warm kitchen. It was our honeymoon, and we wrote it, but they completely ignored.

Review 29：Friendly, helpful, happy staff. Beautifully designed in a sumptuous garden setting well screened from well organised and orderly camp-sites which were quiet and no problem at all. Room spacious comfortable with pleasant, private and well furnished sitting out space for each room. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and very strong coffee. Beach at end of short road 150m or so on the level, so really short. Sailing dinghy hire and tuition , kite surfing etc all available within 10min walk.Fabulous, untouched beaches by the ton available within short drives 15-30min and open wild countryside and delightful villages within easy reach so location is excellent.

Review 32：The sliding terrace door was the only window thus we basically had to leave the room unlocked and opened at night to have air (we did as the place felt super safe). There is no lunch and dinner at the hotel and Vignola is tiny (2 restaurants, 1 shop) so had to take the car if you wanted to go out for dinner. Many nice places in Santa Teresa di Gallura (20 km) and agriturismi around.

Review 33：Fantastic setting, immersed in flowers and fruit trees, quiet and relaxed. Big room and bathroom with all the comforts (mini fridge, safe), patio space outside the room with a sunbed, chairs. Breakfast very good (for italian standards), there was ham/cheese/eggs in addition to the usual crostata, brioche, fruit, yogurt. Beach a few minutes walk (but the nicest part of the beach is near the tower at the far end, one of the nicer we've been to in the area), free sunbeds/beach umbrellas at reception for you to take. Staff attentive and pleasant. Free parking. In general, I've stayed in many more modern, luxurious and expensive hotels (also in many decidedly non-luxurious places) but this hotel tops my list for the general feeling of well being and tranquility created by the setting and the staff.

Review 34：The location is the problem. The distance to the beach is far longer than the "80 meters" and directly at the beachfront there are two very large Camping Areas. You can not just step out for a short swim in the sea and return to your room - it is always a walk.
