Review 1：Room cleanliness must be improved, it is sand on the bed as the room I stayed near to the beach.

Review 16：Looks abandoned, nobody seems to care about clients confort. Arrived, did check in and was told my room was "on the left, first floor". After going arond for a bit finnaly found it. in the corridors, many construction materials. The swimming pool are is desert. Seriously, seems someone forgot this place for the last 10 years. It is sitting on a nice stretch of beach. It is a shame it is not used properly

Review 19：The interior deco need a face lift with a new paint, toilet doors also need to be replaced. To upgrade, i suggest the management could do some new thimg for pool such as watersliders,fountain to make it more attaractive.

Review 27：The only things that really unsatisfied for us were the other guess next to ours dining tables during the buffet breakfast, there were one of the guess gone to the buffet line get foods without wearing a shirt. By the way, the On-duty of restaurant staff or Security guard should elert of this and remind to these guest's he should wear a shirt during dining in the coffee house or restaurant due to respect to others guess as well, Isn't it?

Review 28：1) Big Thanks to Front Office Manager (Mr.Kalai) and Receptionist (Cik.Wani) for changed a room for us without any extra charges and the coming promotion of the resort. 2) The breakfast were fantastic and delicious during ours stayed at the resort, and speacial thanks to ALL the F&B Staff's for provided the excellent service during the 1st day's of Hari Raya at the Coffee House. Myself and my wife were really enjoy it, Keep it up team!!

Review 30：I don't understand why they do a room service by 10am without inform us upon check in.and we are not there and it's not everyone could carry stuff to swim, an how guarantee or how safe is if we left the item at the reception box.towel inside the room are dirty with dust. Bed blanket full of hair.air-conditioning smell bad.toilet is fine, clean enough.floor all also quit clean but need to watch out under bed are dusty.pillow are very flat and yellow.

Review 46：Room was a bit stuffy. Small for 2 adults with a young kid. Kid keep bumping into furniture in the room. Air cond was leaking + TV was not in order (Complaint it 2 times but no sign of anyone taking a look at it). Night time room was filled with mosquito despite all window and doors are shut. Some of the furniture are a bit damp as guest place wet clothes over it. After 12 midnight all walkway light to the room are off, it was literally pitch black dark when we are back after a late supper out. Security is a bit questionable as anyone can walk in and out of the resort without supervision. Morning sleep was again disturbed by loud morning prayers.

Review 59：Puteri Bayu surprised me by staff. They are very patient, helpful and ready to assist no matter what is issue there. For instance my wife cut her foot against coral reefs and thanks to staff they provided us with first aid things like povidone, plaster and cotton wool. The next evening was very rainy and staff prepared in advance umbrellas and rain coat. Amazing work for 3 star hotel! Keep up great work!

Review 61：Staffs are friendly. Location is good, facing the beach but for have to travel a bit to teluk nipah for other activities. But i really have to thank the hospitality of the kitchen, whom kindly provide porridge for my one year old baby, and its on the house!

I've experienced twice the toilet after flush few times, it still doesn't flush away the unwanted things. The varieties of tv channel....really suck. We can only watch national tv channel plus 1 astro channel which is, Astro Warna. Come on!!! At least the hotel can subscribe at least 1 channel each for cartoon channel, movies & sports

Review 67：The location, few steps from the beach. Mini market, shopping place, taxi stand & bike rental, are just around the corner.

Review 68：For first and last to stay at this place, the room not clean well, for price RM130++ room like to small much more better stay at rumah tumpangan... the front desk staff not at counter at 9pm after having dinner need to look by my self and ask to f&b staff for find the room key at counter. If want stay at this place.. make sure bring your own amenities.. so shame for 3 star resort!!!! Please improve your service... THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR ALL.. PLEASE SMILE.. TQ.

Breakfast consists mostly of local food but not of a very high quality. Also, there are signs everywhere that say resort doesn't take responsibility for the valuable things left in the room. When you go out though, they make you leave your key at the reception! In general the place is decent but really overpriced for what it offers. It has a feel of an abandoned resort from the 80's.
