Reviews for Krystal Cancun

Review 1:i sent mail on a double charge on my credit card and i didn't receive any reply just only the message that my mail was no read. the same already happened,

Review 2:Location

Review 3:Cleanliness of the room, specifically bed bugs. Fitness facilities were not available and no notice was given of this at the time of booking. Overall costs for all inclusive far higher than similar quality hotels in Cancun.

Review 4:Location to beach, although all hotels in the hotelera zone had this.

Review 5:I would like to start off by saying, the issue with the food was probably isolated and one off, so please don't judge on that, but our treatment thereafter is THE WORST I've been treated at any hotel in the world, and I've stayed in many on each continent. My girlfriend was sick after eating the food on New Years Eve (it was only thing she at since 9am, only drank bottled water a a coke at the hotel and symptoms followed an hour after eating room service at 5.30pm - we are told no one else got sick so I'm sure this was a one off) - which meant she spent from 7.30 - 10.30pm that evening suffering the effects of this - not ideal. Especially when you're placed next to the beach club blaring from 2am to 7am.We informed them of this and were treated very poorly by Jose, who said we were mistaken (eventually said we were lying to try to get money taken off our bill!!??) who showed no empathy or concern and did not offer any medical assistance, he simply directed us to the kitchen manager who was actually fairly nice, agreed it sounded like the food was the issue, apologized and said he would follow up.He didn't.So we then, the next day complained to the front desk manager Miguel (mainly for Jose's behaviour), his promise to follow us up (besides ordering a doctor an hour after we met him to complain, then saying we obviously didn't need help as he could find us - this is the next day by the way??) never eventuated and he even actively ignored us when checking out, along with Jose who would walk away from the front desk every time we approached. We then sent a further email complaint (after penning one to Miguel) asking it be escalated to the hotel manager, we've followed up twice and heard nothing.

Review 6:Location was good The pool is fairly nice

Review 7:Check in was terrible. They tried to charge twice as much as the quoted rate and then after a long argument where they "allowed" the booking.com rate, still overcharged my credit card. At the restaurant they charged 25pesos more than the menu price for a food item and seemed irritated when we complained. This seems to be a theme in Cancun in general- to rip tourists off because most tourists are Americans out for a part and simply don't check things. Service was poor all around. Very non attentive. Tours are extremely over priced. Our room which was a delux sea view, was right above the night club so all you hear all day and night is loud thumping music.

Review 8:Nothing

Review 9:Staff at reception were particularly rude and dismissive. Very unimpressed with their 'service'.

Review 10:Location was excellent- on the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

Review 11:We are not happy at all because of some of your employees. Especially the person who is in charge in the bar. We couldnt get any ice to our room. Wr were told us we need to get it from oxxo.. I was really shocked. I tried to complain about it to the person in reception, she told me she can get the ice for us. She left, never came back. So please could you tell me in what kind of 5 stars hotel you can have this experience. And we (ı and my gf) both are spanish spoken. We were very kind but some of your stuff no. Unfortunately ı m sad about my experience and i will complain about it as much as i can. Sincerely

Review 12:not a coffee machine in the room!

Review 13:great hotel if u can get a room in main hotel building. they added few other buddings, lots of walking to the room. NICE BEACH.:) Great breakfast

Review 14:The room had no hot water, there was music and noise until 4:30 AM, the Italian restaurant made 3 of our family sick for 2 days, there were no sheets on the bed, there was 2 huge TV's in the room a foot apart from each other.

Review 15:The beach was beautiful

Review 16:The hotel is near the night clubs, can't sleep for the totally 5 nights. The window is too thin to avoid the noisy music which make me feel sleep in the disco club. The music continue till 3 am in the morning! Not suggest for families with kids and like peaceful night.

Review 17:View is ok.

Review 18:Very loud music from neighboring open clubs, couldn't sleep until 4 AM all 5 nights. Do not waste your money to spend quality time by staying in Krystal Cancun.

Review 19:only partial ocean view despite booked oceanview like on pictures showing full view. cheap ugly room without any style. do not go !!!! it is disgusting and a horrible place.

Review 20:nothing

Review 21:The rooms were dirty, old and not as they appeared on the pictures. Our room was next to the night club so extremely noisy. We were really disappointed with the quality of the hotel and checked out straight away.

Review 22:Building is little bit old. Pictures looks much nicer than in reality.

Review 23:Beach in front of the hotel. Umbrellas for free on the beach. You are in the center of Hotel zone.

Review 24:I was charged 2 times for the one night I have spent there. After 2 days and 2 emails still no answer or any signs of collaboration. I hope this will change soon.

Review 25:Unfortunately, the (right sided) wing was built on top, and next to, 2 of the biggest night clubs in cancun: the palazzo is below, while The City is right next to the rooms. The noise started at 9 pm, it was unbearable to say the least, however by midnight it could've been a new VIP room for either club give the intensity of the noise. I immediately packed my things and rushed to the front desk were I made a request for a new room. The lady kindly agreed, and moved to the other side of the hotel. The new room was older, smaller, the beds were not as nice, the tv was smaller and fortunately, no noise could be heard at all.

Review 26:We were initially placed in the hotel's new wing. The room itself was extraordinary, it had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever been, the bathroom is also at the top of my list, additionally, the room has a very nice kitchen as well as 2 high quality LCD screens

Review 27:Our balcony was 2 inches wide, it rained and flooded our room everywhere, lobby staff were not friendly or helpful at all

Review 28:The location was awesome, smack bang in the middle of Cancún and the nightlife

Review 29:Very bad service, the door of my room did not work very often, and there was not a good service everytime I was claiming for the repair of the door. one time I was waiting for maintenance 45 min. outside of my room

Review 30:The hotel has a good location, close to restaurants & bars

Review 31:Food it buffet-quality and there seems to be a communication problem between the kitchen and the waiters (they are not informed when a plate is ready so it cools off too much) Upper (and only) shelf in closet wasn't cleaned.

Review 32:Friendly staff that is always willing to help with a smile. Very nice beach and swimming pool

Review 33:Location is very noisy. Pretty much impossible to sleep before 4:00 am which apparently is the time at which nearby clubs stop blasting loud music.

Review 34:Beautiful rooms with modern decoration.

Review 35:The hotel is very close to the night clubs and the music is blasting all night. Everything is overpriced (e.g. a small chocolate bar is $7) Staff is extracting tips for just about everything (including a buffet style breakfast). One day the waiter just added a tip to the bill which we had never authorized.

Review 36:The staff at the front desk was friendly.

Review 37:The staff was very unfriendly and hesitant to help. The girl that checked me and my boyfriend in, took a phone call while checking us in and took a long time to check us in because of this. When we declined to pay for an upgrade, she neglected to tell to give us towel cards and wifi access. The girl that checked us out was just as unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for an invoice. I will likely not return to this hotel unless they improve their customer service.

Review 38:Room a bit downbeat - cracked sink...balcony door didn't lock, which is a problem on the second floor! The aircon fan coil literally SCREAMED until they came to fix it on the second day of my stay. I hadn't (yet) complained so the person who stayed in the room before me must have done so (so why not tell me at the time of check-in that there was a problem with the aircon that would soon be fixed?) WIFI was very slow.

Review 39:Housekeepers very pleasant. Breakfast good, and nice that it was included in the room rate. Tour desk staff were pleasant.

Review 40:The bar in the pool is in the kids pool, so it's that nice to have drinks when kids splashing all around. on the first night the Italian restaurant were closed and no one told us in advance (even when we asked) so we had to eat the buffet since we couldn't had a reservation to the Mexican Restaurant in such short notice (and even if we did, turned out it's really included in the all included)

Review 41:Clean Hotel, great location, Good Wifi. got an upgraded to beach side since it was our honeymoon, that was very nice :)

Review 42:Hot water took like 5-10 minutes to warm up. Bathroom sink partially blocked (flooded bathroom when I left it running to get warm water). Very loud music from outside the balcony until like 3-4 am every day. Hotel felt... overpriced for what it offers. Though it was my first time in Cancun so I might be off on this.

Review 43:Good location. Fairly good Wifi. Decent breakfast.

Review 44:the fact that i couldent bring my guest to my room was not good and being treated like i wanted something bad when all i wanted to do is spend a moment in my room with some friends that had there own place and the fact that they thought we where going to sneek them in was only shady on there part . they made me feel disrespected and quit embarrassed in front of my friends , it was one incedent but tottally rude by the hotel managment i tried to understand but we just cannot let a few problems ruin it for the good and honest people . tired of eliminating something all together just because of a few bad ones

Review 45:the poolside bars and the food was great . the place was clean and the service was nice . my room was clean and good

Review 46:The Wing we were in seemed a very long walk each time we came & went from the hotel. The shopping Centre in the touristy area is a bit tacky.

Review 47:Everthing for a relaxing time is at the hotel and very friendly helpful staff. If you walk north from the hotel there is a wonderful new supermarket with Cafe, Pharmacy, clothes, gifts & great array of foods and supplies.

Review 48:Poor pool Not good all exclusive hotel - take just sleep!! Pay attention at the check in that doesn't charge you more then needed If you want all included - go to another hotel

Review 49:Great location Clean room There is Starbucks , mecdonalds, pizza domino and a lot of restoraunts a minutes walk from The hotel

Review 50:Very slow staff at check in and check out. Took over 30 minutes to check in and check out as well.

Review 51:Excellent location near all the action, beautiful beach.

Review 52:disco music was very loud until 5 am. Restaurant which located on the beach required dress code. we had just flip flops, so we've never a chance to get there.

Review 53:good location, beautiful beach and room.

Review 54:The hotel staff weren't helpful at all. We had to call down to the front desk and request for towels everyday which we had to wait for an hour or more to receive. We stayed in room 1463 and the bed had bed bugs because we woke up every morning with red bite marks all up and down our legs and stomachs. We did a Google search for bed bugs at this hotel and a long list of complaints popped up. We notified the front desk once again and they laughed and told us that we were crazy. The wifi at this location was awful!!! The connection continuously went in and out and it was extremely frustrating to deal with. This hotel cares more about keeping the outside clean rather than the inside. I wouldn't stay at this hotel if I ever returned to Mexico.

Review 55:The location. Beach and restaurants were very close

Review 56:Pool was dirty almost all the time, pool bar near the shallow part of pool, so kids were in area constantly. Beach was flooded in red seaweed, but hotel gave no alternatives to compensate to customers

Review 57:location, cause near all main attraction in the city, also hotel made it easy to commute to different locations. Cab prices were accessible. Staff friendly and helpful at all times.

Review 58:Lobby just seemed so rowdy all the time with various agents trying to sell you deals and stuff. Ignore them. Sometimes it just felt like anyone could walk in and use the hotel facilities because there didn't seem to be a way to know who was staying at the hotel or not. While the breakfast was quite good it was a bit on the expensive side.

Review 59:I love love the location. It's closeness to the party zone is two edged especially if you are a light sleeper. But for me the music from nearby clubs wasn't a problem. I mean you're supposed to be partying anyways right? The hotels beach strip is quite convenient and pretty. Party all night, and end up on the beach to watch the sunrise. Rooms were also quite spacious with nice facilities.

Review 60:The only real drawback we found was the proximity to local night clubs. The bass could be heard in our room from early evening until about 3am, which was a bit annoying. Some soundproofing would be a good improvement!

Review 61:Lovely pool area and beach, with plenty of sun loungers and beds. Nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Close to local restaurants too.

Review 62:We were not provided with type of room booked prior to checking-in and the receptionist wanted to charge extra for an extra bed when in fact we had booked a room with two beds. Water from the shower leaked in to the entire bathroom and the safe did not work. Reception staff were un-friendly.

Review 63:Beach access and beach view from the room.

Review 64:The hotel is located in an area with loud nightclubs. Till 4:30am the disco is that loud that it keeps you awake all night long. At 6 am the construction workers started working at the hotel, making it impossible to sleep. Another thing I did not like about the hotel is that they request you to wear straps around the wrist according to your booking, even if you have no all-in option. Feels like cattle... No wifi connection possible in the room and in the hotel lobby wifi was terrible quality, because it was overloaded and clearly not dimensioned for the amount of users it needs to serve.

Review 65:The hotel has a very nice beach and the swimming pool is ok.

Review 66:I booked this hotel after backpacking during a month so I really neededto relax and to enjoy a sweet night of sleep. I arrived there, firstreceptionist doesn't speak english! I mean wake up your economy isbased on tourism how can you hire people and let them do the check-inwhen they do not even speak english! After 15 minutes looking for myreservation (apparently they didn't receive it through booking.combecause it was made the same day (21 hours prior tho)) so I had to gothrough my email and find the confirmation email but she was still notsatisfied because it was in french and of course she cannot understandfrench so she made me download the application so that I can show herthe english version - which didn't make any sense to me since shedoesn't speak english anyway... She actually wanted to check therate because she didn't believe me when I gave her the rate inEuros and then in Dollars - Well Mexicans are apparently the only onewho don't know Euro dropped considerably. And thanks for calling mea liar by the way. Anyway I kept my calm even if the only thing Iwanted after a long flight from la was to sleep and she finally gave memy room. Arrived in my room, relieved, nice and big bed, view on thebeach - nice.... Shower, toilet and sink are leaking but that's okI'm fine, safe and excited to go to bed. I fall asleep and an hourafter around midnight I am waked up by my bed and walls trembling andmusic so loud that it felt it was in my head! There is a party on thebeach - impossible to fall asleep!!!! I put cotton in my ears to softenthe noise and it helped but nothing helped with my bed trembling andthe base were trembling in my whole body. Is that a joke?! Tried tocall the reception - never answered. Nothing to do but to wait.....Wait until 5 in the morning! I was exhausted and all I wanted was asweet nice of sleep.

Review 67:Bed on the beach - Bed in the room was comfy too

Review 68:Horrible view of construction Zone , leaky bathroom ceiling when Maintenance was called they took over 45 min to service the room then the ceiling started leaking again 15 min after they had left and I called the front desk again and asked for maintenance to come again and the employee said that it was a normal thing due to humidity so I asked for another non-leaky room and of course they said the hotel was full . Also the water didn't drain while in the shower, and the reception desk was limited to only two employees that caused long lines to wait in . Also the hotel over charged me by $120 USD and didn't want to honor the price noted on booking.com even though I informed them of their mistake and in order to get my $$ back I had to talk to three employees on different days . Also their free wifi sucks you need to log into it like every 30 min.

Review 69:Beach front , best location , working AC , pool/beach towels provided

Review 70:No full length mirror or cutlery/plates in room but does have a kitchen so this was weird. Wifi did not work in room they were trying to fix but never did

Review 71:Beautiful room in the new part. Spacious and great ocean view.

Review 72:My sister and I checked in at 10pm so we were very tired and hungry. The room we were given was incorrect, beautiful room though.. on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool but there was only one bed and we had booked a room with 2 double beds. I phoned the front desk only to be told that they didn't have any other room. I explained that we booked this room 3 months in advance and had just flowen from Australia so we just wanted the room we paid for so we could go to sleep. We were then moved to a smaller, older and very downgraded room on the first floor with no balcony and a view of the carkpark. I phoned the front desk as we were not very happy about this. I was passed from person to person on the phone until eventually they put me through to who they said was the 'manager'.. he told me pretty much oh well tough luck I didn't do it come back when the other guy is working and talk to him. I didn't get anywhere with them as he was incredibly rude so we let it be. That night we wanted to order room service but they didn't leave us a menu. We phoned to get a menu bought up to the room which took 40 minutes to do so. Every time we ordered room service at the hotel it took at least 10-15 minutes for them to actually answer the phone and then another 45 minutes for the food to be delivered. Our room was never cleaned until about 5pm which was inconvenient because at that time we wanted to come back to the room to relax and have a shower before we headed out. Even when it was 'cleaned' there was always something we had to phone up for because they forgot eg. Towels, soap. My sister and I didn't like this hotel at all, there was no customer service what so ever. I definitely won't be staying there again.

Review 73:The food made us very sick. Impossible to sleep, the hotel is located above a night club! There was extremely music until 4 or 5 in the morning, we were exhausted so we had to move the cushion into the bathroom to sleep on the floor. The staff was not helpful at all. The wifi did not work once.

Review 74:I would love to be able to give 0 stars to this hotel, but as we don't have any option, 3,3 it is!This is one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in ever. The initial room they gave us 1773 was extremely noisy (our personal belongings were falling out from the chest ofc drawers so you can imagine), despite of being in the new tower. Therefore we could not sleep for 3 nights in a row. We asked 10 times for the "do not disturb" sign and for the room service menu and it was never given to us. On our second night there we had to speak with the manager because they didn't clean it at all after a whole day and we didn't had any towels or amenities. After complaining about the noise during that same night because of the tuesday's beach party they always have (that seems like an earthquake) we were offered a single option which was the room 1534 on the tower A. When we walked into the room we could feel an intense smell of mold and it was disgusting as you can imagine. We had to sleep there for one night as we did not had any other option and in the morning when we were about to get a shower we realized we did not had any towels or amenities. Please mind this room 1534 is just in front of the airconditioning conducts and it is also very noisy (very clever of them giving that kind of room to someone who was complaining about a noisy room). We went to the reception staight away to speak with a manager about this. They gave us the room 1527 after a lot of complaining and after they wanted us to pay 30USD to change the room (like they were doing us a favour). We didn't pay anything obviously and they changed it to 1527 with ocean view-like we had originally- on tower A. The hall was smelling like mold as we walked in and as the rooms are so old the smell was the same in the bedroom. At night other guests were talking and we could hear them like they were inside our bedroom. Seems that the walls are made of paper and you can hear everything.

Review 75:Amazing beach , amazing palapas, amazing bali beds. We would like to thank to the best employees in the hotel that are way too good to work on a hotel like yours: Jaira from the fisheria bar, David and Stephany from Aquamarina Restaurant, and Marco from Las Velas. We would also like to thank to Mr Paris Aguilar , the manager, for the wine and strawberries he offered us to try to compensate us for all the problems we had, but unfortunately his team is very unprofessional and didn't help him at all on his apologies.

Review 76:Horrible sewage smell, staff was indifferent, food was terrible and expensive. You pay for everything even the coffee in the room and then when I used it the maid didnt replace it so i could make it the next morning nor did she clean the pot or replace used cups and glasses. The beach was full of seagrass (not hotels fault) so the combination of the smell from that and sewage from hotel made being at pool or beach almost unbearable!

Review 77:The bed was nice, location was ok

Review 78:The staff is the worst , very rude , they dont care when you talk to them, always asking for tips and if you give them just few pesos they said its not that much and they can't do anything with that much, it's so awkward . You have to pay evething in the room , even the water

Review 79:the location

Review 80:What we didn't like was the 2 hours the hotel used up of the last day of our vacation to accommodate us with a fully functional room. The first room looked like it had just been vacated and the next 2 had issues with the amenities.

Review 81:What we liked was that we did not need to stay there any longer than we needed to, since it was our last night in Mexico.

Review 82:The beach was full of sea weeds, we could not even swim. We stayed there for 5 days, they did not clean the beach in that period. When we asked about it, they said it is not their responsibility to clean the beach. I would not return and I would not recommend to anybody.

Review 83:nothing much. just the location. but if you stay at any hotel in the hotel zone, busses are very often, you can go anywhere easily. Do not spend your money to this hotel just for the location.

Review 84:We signed up for the special of the day from Booking.com The picture ofthe resort said "all inclusive" so we were shocked when we didnot get all inclusive just the hotel room. The beach is lovely but oceanfull of seaweed and sludge. All meals are buffet except their adjacentrestaurant which is very expensive ala carte. Room service is verymoderately priced and quick (less than 30 minutes) Pretty views.

Review 85:Liked the staff went out of their way to help with handicappedwheelchair guest even though there are tons of steps to overcome.Large well-airconditioned room. Very reasonably priced room service.Lunch buffet we tried was at best okay. Lots of kids in pool andrunning around hotel alone. Lots of older teens drinking. Hot tub nothot so possible bacteria problems. Buffets range from $17 to $20 forhot plate food.

Review 86:The breakfast was not good, but besides that it was cool.

Review 87:The View was nice from the balcony and they held our luggage after we checked out. Really close to the dam so the waves are small.

Review 88:I didn't care much for the food at the hotel. I ate at the lunch buffet once. The tile floors in the rooms were terrible. It needs carpeting or better tiles. Some tiles on the floor are broken

Review 89:The location is excellent. Clean beach and pools were awesome. The ocean view room is worth the money. The staff was excellent.

Review 90:The reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The room smelt and seemed a bit damp. The showers has no hot water. Lobby in the evening full of drunk underage kids.

Review 91:Location - perfect with nice view and central locaation for beach as well as bars and clubs Pool/Beach side area - spacius smart and stylish pool and beach area Bed- comfy bed Balcony - really nice balcony Size of room

Review 92:The "Free Wifi" sucked! The food was mediocre, same breakfastrepeated daily. The hotel definitely needs some tlc. Very obviousimprovements are necessary.

Review 93:The location was amazing! All the great places to be were within a shortwalking distance. The bar staff was incredible, definitely made friendswith them. Overall, we had a great time.

Review 94:The WiFi was horrible in our room. We had friends staying in another room just one floor above and theirs was fine, so we unfortunately had a WiFi black spot. I had to call housekeeping two days in a row to get our room cleaned. Our shower pressure was similar to a leaking tap, and there was only the option for a sclading hot temperature - this was raised with reception but no one ever came to see if they could fix it.

Review 95:Generally, the hotel is nice and clean. The pool, proximity to the beach, the restaurant and bars are all great and are worth the price offered.

Review 96:Wifi slow and unreliable at times. Rooms were fairly basic but good value for money

Review 97:Place is great for young friends wanting to party, hotel full of other young people, very close to the strip, you can walk everywhere. Less ideal for couples wanting a relaxing break/ on the honeymoon, but by no means bad.

Review 100:Breakfast was mediocre, a confusing long walk from block A to block C

Review 101:Sea view in romantic bedroom, very large, comfy double bed, efficient air conditioning

Review 102:Felt like an outsider, isolated by Krystal vs Grand Krystal, lots of stipulations regarding the resort. Did not know about extra party in group. No activities during the day, like Bingo or adult games or shows at night. All inclusive needs to be looked at and re-evaluated. Refriderater in room did not stay cools. We were told we had a water which we bought our own at a near bye market.

Review 103:We loved the beach and the pool area.

Review 104:Although the internet connection was decent, I found it annoying that everytime I left my device idle, I had to re-enter the username and password.

Review 105:The location on the northernmost part of the Zona Hotelera could not be better, as it is located within walking distance from all the cool bars (Coco Bongo, et al). It has also direct access to the beach. I got a Value Deal from Booking, so I don't know how much more does it cost normally, but the price for such a hughe room in this beautiful hotel was a steal, even though we had no beach view and breakfast (we already kenw that). Highly recommended.

Review 106:Wifi is terrible very slow and cuts off every 20 min. Purchased room with breakfast , the breakfast was horrible for the price I think they should offer more than just muffins , and bread with ham and cheese. The front desk staff was rude . Two nights there was no water in our rooms , they claim they were having a water issue but didn't even apologize .

Review 107:Was close to the majority of the major clubs in Cancun so at times when trying to sleep it was a bit noisy. There were a few things in the room that could be fixed as well

Review 108:All inclusive was the way to go. They have all kinds of places to eat. From a buffet to a snack stand to fine dining, all was way more than expected in quality and quantity. Their bartenders are great too

Review 109:pool not accessible till 9 a.m.

Review 110:1. upgrade to beach view well worth the $25 per day 2. big wave section and protected calm area both within easy reach 3. hotel very close to shops restaurants and supermarket Chedraui Selecto

Review 111:Where to start... Arrived at hotel with heavy bags with my wife.Security and concierge just stood there and nobody offered to carry bagsup stairs to reception nor to our room which was in block B. We had tocarry it ourselves after taking a 10hr flight and 40mins taxi to hotel.Rude staff - you have to wear a wristband at all times so security canidentify you to be on premises. Wife and I felt like a college studenteventhough there were barely any. Friends came to visit us at hotelbefore we went out for supper and they werent even allowed to have adrink with us outside at the bar. After begging the receptionist theywere allowed at indoor bar for 1 drink. They were our guests and payingcustomers in a half empty hotel. Room - room was very clean but showerswere not hot. It wasnt completely cold but I at least expected to get ahot shower! The windows were very dirty and it was evident it hasnt beencleaned for a while. Outside in halway were loads of dirty plates frompeople that ordered room service stashed around the corner by staff. Iwas away from room for 2 hours and when I came back it was stillthere...the next day same thing happened. Facilities - the edge of poolwas still a bit dirty when we used it. I saw a guy clean it the onemorning but think he needs some help. Wifi also keeps swtiching offeverytime phone locks and you have to go on website to re-enter logindetails. Very annoying! Breakfast - dont even bother. Continenentalwhich gives you ham, chicken and processed chease on a bun or bread andmuesli and yoghurt. Thats it. Every morning same things. Not to mentionthere were no plates or cutlery on first 2 days and I have to keepasking the staff behind bar for some...all the patrons had to do this.Did not do bfast at hotel on day 3. They also had the cheek to say I canorder other bfast items from main restaurant for extra fee. No - justgive me a proper bfast since I am paying for one! Btw the tapas and winebtween 6-7pm is a joke.

Review 112:Comfortable bed and nice view from room Excllent location for CancunNice beach

Review 113:The furniture are old and dirty. Do no accept a room in tower B, next to this a new tower is built (very noisy) and the door of my room could not be locked. Moved to a room in the other tower but on the second day water was coming down from the ceiling in the bathroom. In the room next to me there was a party every night until 3am. The staff is very unfriendly and I did not get a receipt for my stay, although I have asked for it!

Review 114:out of 20+ hotels we stayed at while in Mexico this was the only one that was substantially more expensive than quoted on booking contract, they also wanted to charge us in US dollars even though we are Australians in Mexico! The staff had zero care factor and were quite rude. The room lacked basic items i.e. toilet paper and 'do not disturb sign'...... meaning we got woken up at 8am daily by either an unnecessary phone call from reception or the maid knocking on the door!!

Review 115:Rooms are Ok but no wow, old renewed. But the price is fair enough for the excellent lication and having a private beach and being at the hotel zone at the beach

Review 116:Facilities, beach and location

Review 117:Horrendous staff, constantly haggling for tips. Have to fight for loungers at pool. All inclusive not the way to go.

Review 118:Great breakfast. Great external restaurants included.

Review 119:The State of the room, of the bathroom, it looks so old and it was not clean. It was honestly my worst hôtel room ever and we do travel a liot. Your hôtel isn't a 4 stars, sorry to have to say that .

Review 120:The réaction of the réceptionniste upon my complaint.

Review 121:Room was located near dance club noise and hotel construction noise. Hot water was non-existent in mornings. Shower had no barrier to keep water from running all over bathroom floor. Card key wouldn't unlock our room door on 4th day and had to be re-keyed. Would love the seaweed to be raked off the beach each day like other hotels in the hotel zone. Wi-fi password changed in middle of stay and we weren't notified.

Review 122:Superb location on beach. Great infinity pool. Food was excellent in all restaurants. View from 8th floor room was amazing. Wonderful location with access to supermarkets, shops, clubs and lots of choices of food. Most of staff was very attentive to needs of vacationers.

Review 123:- the room wasn't cleaned during our 2 nights stay - wifi connection difficult, and slow when connected. Every 30 mns, you get disconnected, and you need to manualy relog... I've never seen such a bad system

Review 124:- breakfast - location

Review 125:Hotel overcharged us at check in and still to this date haven't refunded despite us having the receipt and a typed up confirmation of money owed! No one replying to our emails or phone calls. They have simply stolen $450

Review 126:Continental breakfast wasnt very good! Runs out of stuff and never replace them IF you do not ask few times! And the wi-fi is horrible, you have to log in like 100 times a day and very very slow!

Review 127:Great location, Big hotel and has everything you need!

Review 128:Party next to our room till late. Dirty dishes (someone else's) left outside our door for the duration of our stay despite a request to move them.

Review 129:Comfy bed. Great breakfasts - order off the menu - lovely view and atmosphere.

Review 130:The food was not good and the WiFi and AC barley works. My biggest complaint, is for booking.com. I had to pay another $600 when I got there to get the all inclusive. Boo.

Review 131:The staff was very friendly.

Review 132:The customer service by reception staff was very poor, not very helpful and it almost felt like you were a burden when asking a question. The corridors were filthy, largely attributed to the spring breakers staying here, it still wasn't pleasant waking in the morning to empty beer cans, pizza boxes and half eaten burgers along the corridor when exiting our room. Room was reasonably clean but the fridge didn't work and wifi wasn't accrssible from the room.

Review 133:2 days in a row no water between 8-10 am, 1 day no WiFi the noise coming from nearby clubs is unbearable, plus there is construction works going on 24/7 = impossible to sleep

Review 134:Beach location

Review 135:too much young people making noise along corridors at night, lack of cleaning in rooms, old furniture, shower very old with lack of maintenance, high price for poor facilities, staff not very friendly IM NOT COMING BACK TO THAT HOTEL.

Review 136:ocean nearby and excellent location around restaurants and malls.

Review 137:The noisy Americans who think they own the place and shout when talking so they think everyone can hear them, how sad. Miserable Cecy behind the bar in the Club room who never smiled and gave you the look of death if you asked for more than one drink. She was also reluctant to put more food out on the counter felt as if the food was her own. Not allowing you to have fruit juice between 6 & 7pm when it's there in the fridge saying it's only for breakfast

Review 138:Location in Cancun and position on the beach. Sitting around the pool. Patricia in the Club room and the view from the Club room on the 8th floor both when having breakfast and snacks in the evening between 6 & 7. Emanuelle (male) was always helpful and had a welcoming smile in the mornings
