Review 1：The noise from the traffic was loud, the bathroom stank from the toilet. Upon arrival the staff member was more involved with a personal phone call to even look at me when I checked in. Not impressed at all.

Review 3：It was freezing and noisy. There was such a big gap under the door and a window you couldn't close in the bathroom so the cold air just flew through the room and the heater couldn't cope. Sooo cold.

Review 5：I liked everything, peace and quiet, the room was perfect, comfy bed, spotless, Breakfast was delivered on time, well cooked and hot. Access was extremely easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend. Very friendly people. Will stay there on future travels.
Review 6：I was in room 5 and had the heater in 32 and it was only blowing warm and barely at that. I waS cold all night. They supply a microwave but no bowls or plates so I couldnt make my breakfast!!

Review 8：Shower was woeful. Forget internet if you are in Room 8. i was given unlimited internet but nothing at all. They say free internet but younget 2 hours free, then pay. Put this in yiur advertising. Room sloped!!! Staff were friendly. Not good value for miney.

Review 11：A bit of a gem just a bit away from the city centre but not too far. Extremely hospitable staff, a beautifully finished refurbished room which was as comfortable as you can get. Lots of room, and you drive right up to the door.

Review 20：Traffic noise was so penetrating as to make sleep impossible. I normally require little sleep and often sleep through thunderstorms. I could barely manage 20 mins to 50 mins here and there. Terrible night!!!! The room being second from the road I should have anticipated a noisy environment.

Review 34：I arrived at 2:15pm and the office was closed until 2:30pm. It still wasn't open at 2:40pm. I had to ring and tell them I was there. It was raining and I, and my luggage, got wet whilst waiting. No apologies. Also the owner took the cost of my stay out of my account before I booked out, even though I had told him my work company was paying. This action of his left me in a very tight financial position. I thought this guy made Basil Fawlty look efficient and smart. He needs to train in customer service.
