Review 1：Some small damage in the bathroom tiles, but not terrible.

Review 2：Great breakfast with loads of sustainable options from their own garden, a luxurious breakfast in bed as well. Beautiful swimming pool and great proximity to the sea.

Review 3：Some parts of the hotel were not clean which I wasn't impressed. Towels were way too hard. Service at the bar was not good.

Review 7：I booked the hotel at the rate you indicated, around $ 100 per night.What I did not know is that I could upgrade. My room was the size of acell and I am being serious. No closet, a desk and a chair which I hadto use to put my suitcase on. Bathroom ok but very small. No toiletries,no soap. Clean, spartan. Can't imagine being in this space with asecond person.

Review 9：fact that once I paid the bill, I found out that they had put us in a small room, wheareas I had booked on this site a basic room, which would have had a bigger bed for instance. on the mail I have send them afterwards I did not get any response yet. also the room was not very clean , lots of cobwebs! And the fact that at breakfast there are so many kids that people without not really can enjoy a quite breakfast.

Review 29：Location Staff Breakfast Quiet : The rooms are well isolated and at least on Sunday they do not start cleaning the rooms until 10 am which means that you can sleep without being awaken at 7-7.30 am by the cleaning staff as it happens in many hotels.

Review 36：Our particular room was on the ground floor and had no windows that opened - only a door without security when opened, so we had no secure way to get air into the room. It was absolutely stifling on a very hot night, so we had a terrible night's sleep, depsite the very comfortable beds.

Review 77：I was glad that after my first night in a very small room (I could not walk around the desk chair to get into bed) in a high traffic area where I could hear people talking and walking up and down the stairs, I was able to move to a quieter room. In the quieter room I enjoyed the morning sunshine through the large window. The layout of the room was much better and it was well-appointed and cozy. The breakfast was quite extensive and available in the restaurant where there is a nice atmosphere.

Review 78：Great hotel, but it is Sad to see that here are silverfishes in the hotel. OffCourse they do everything about it, and the are almost impossible to get away, but you don't want to take them home in Your suitcase, so think twice before booking this hotel. Tiny rooms and bed, even in the standard rooms.

Review 80：Small and basic room are unacceptably small for 2persons. (about 6m2 minus bed and closet) and overpriced. Old wing has no elevator, shabby staircase, cheap ceilings with holes in it. It is extremely noisy, every sound in the corridoor seems like someone's next to you. Doesn't feel very safe to sleep. Loud obnoxious group next to our room, in the pool and during breakfast. (staff reaction: too bad) During holidays crammed with loud children of all ages so no chance of a relaxed stay, breakfast or dining.

Review 82：The woman who received us at the reception was very unfriendly, she didn't seem to be interested in making her guests happy. Other staff also not that great, except for two gentlemen in the bar. 'Deluxe' room is pretty basic. The hotel had a crowded feel with lots of screaming children.

Review 85：The waking to beautiful birdsong, the forest surrounds, the big sturdy bikes to ride through the forest to the beach, the healthiest freshest breakfasted I have ever had at an accommodation facility ( and I've stayed at quite a few). It was also very good value. The free wifi was also very fast which was a great help to keep in touch with Australia.

Review 88：The heating system in the room: The radiators maximum heat output was"warm" at best, I reported it, but nothing could be done sinceit was the weekend. I had to sleep with layers of clothes on.Directions: gps coordinates took me to a different location, was noteasy to find at first. The high tech, contemporary image of thishotel was nice but not all of the devices ( lighting, shower tempadjustment ) worked well or properly. Food ( bar ) service : This wasvery slow and the service was very minimal, but adequate. The hotel tookthe time to send me a private survey about my stay, I completed it indetail and submitted it. They have not had the time or respond to me.

Review 89：The staff: Very friendly, greeted me by name upon check-in, veryprofessional. The bed : Nice down comforter and the bed was verycomfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast: Excellent ! Review 100：We requested a deluxe room and were surprised we were not given a room with a balcony (this has to be specifically asked for) and so I was disappointed. The only thing different between deluxe and standard is aircon as the rooms are not very big. The room was not super clean, the shampoo and lotion bottles were empty and the mirrors and light fixtures in the hallways were very dusty. We had a good time but it wasn't up to our standards in terms of cleanliness.

Review 103：My friend who is unwell wanted a quiet restful night or two away and thefirst night was exactly that. However the whole of the ground floorbedroom area is being renovated and there was a great deal of drillingnoise during the second day so we left. We especially asked for peaceand quiet but at no time did staff mention the renovations. This wasvery poor since had we known we would not have booked the hotel for aquiet peaceful rest.

I also felt like I was living in an Ikea shop, all Ineeded were the arrows to guide me to the restaurant or reception. Thefood that we ordered fior a group of 17 was quite poor and not worthwhat we paid for it, I left mine as inedable and advised the waitressthat it was not good, to which she responded "oh"! She didnt ask why orwhether I would like something else. The service that evening was alsopoor in the restaurant. The manager seemed out of his depth and if askeda question referred you back to the reception staff! If this is a 4 starhotel, then there are some training and decor issues. The rooms wereinadequate, no drawers for clothes, bad lighting, bath too deep, sinkstoo shallow etc. The older ladies on duty at breakfast however werereally lovely and couldnt have been more accomodating. I am used toDubai luxury but even so, I would have expected more from a big hotelgroup such as this and in the area that this was situated.
