Review 1：The rooms are old and run down, the bathrooms are old with a lot of black spots around the bath. The door are old, and the broken the air con is leaking leaking and the carpets were badly stained. Very bad rooms for these rates. Food were average but not worth the cost.

Review 2：The Location is good being close to town.

Review 3：The ROOM SERVICE and restaurant were the WORST! Their room service staff had attitude and were very moody. It is not the guests fault that they had to work over the holidays but they definitely took it out on us. All orders took an hour to be delivered and then would arrive incorrectly then it would take another half hour to be fixed and delivered. I was told I couldn't have my chosen breakfast meal because it would take to long to cook! When we went to the pool there was only one wait staff doing everything for the guests she looked like she was going to cry. Management needs to work better at staffing their shifts and customer service skills. At one point we started noticing that guests of a different race were given priority over others when it came to service. Needless to say my sentiments were echoed by others in our group even though I had been defending the hotel. I won't be going back to this hotel again. If I can't get the food then eat the food then what is the point.

Review 4：The rooms were beautiful and as a group we got a good group of rooms next to each other. The reception staff were wonderful, answered all calls and were extremely helpful with requests.

Review 5：Service. Four star but looks like no concierge. Sometimes there is no one at reception to attend to queries.

Review 7：The pool during the day was great. The water was not so deep so I did not have to worry because I have small kids. I also enjoyed the casino at night.

Review 8：Very relaxed and comfortable. It was my first time travelling with my 9-month old daughter, and they did their best to accommodate all our needs. Very friendly staff.

Review 11：Quality facilities, food and service have not changed since I was last here over 13 years ago. Excellent breakfasts, oysters still in the same place. Same airy, light dining room, with friendly sparrows that visit. Comfortable rooms and beds. Helpful staff. It proved its quality on my previous business trips. This time it was a leisure visit, and even more enjoyable as a 'tourist'.

Review 12：The buffet meals were VERY badly prepared and created the impression of heated up food. The salads were fine but the meats tough and without any taste.

Review 22：I would have liked a full double bed and the rooms need a upgrade, and this could just be things like replacing the carpets and finishes in the bathrooms. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Review 31：The rooms need a make over. Carpets are dirty, and furniture well overdue for new ones. The door to the bathroom is coming undone at the bottom. When showering the whole floor was wet afterwards. The basics you expect from a four star facility was not in the room or bathroom. I could smell smoke from a previous occupant. The evening buffet was definately not worth the money neither was breakfast buffet the next morning. I Was really not impressed.

Swimming pool with very few beds, swimming pool bar crew do not pay attention to customers. Constantly talking among them. Took about 1h to get towels, and 1 hour to get a drink that actually never came. The place has potential, but the workers are not up to the job. The cleaning of the room was very poor, dirty glasses were left in the room. The internet system chosen is very poor and does not stand for a 4 stars hotel.

The cleaning of the room is poor There was some sort of equipment assembled near the room door, that made a annoying noise every hour...that made sleeping very difficult. The chosen Internet system is the worse I have ever seen. The hotel gives 300MB a day in the intuition to sell more everyday.

Review 104：F&B Manager shouted at me because my young children were playing outside the dining hall. There were two people sitting outside, the F&B manager herself (having breakfast with) and another co-worker. The food service was un-hygienic (literally have to wave the bugs away from the food). Outside service was extremely slow. It seems like the F&B team is hugely under staffed and the management clearly not customer orientated. Would never recommend the facility.

Review 107：The rooms are age and many things are either not working properly or not working at all. People visiting tne casino have access to facilities which are normally reserved for hotel guests, the parking area for hotel guests are also taken up by casino visitors.

Review 109：The staff were unfriendly at front desk - when we wanted to check inn at 14h00 we were told to come back at 15h00 because rooms were not ready. After 15h00 they again told us the rooms are not ready we then told them that this is the same story as an hour ago they all of a sudden did have all our rooms ready! We booked non smoking rooms - and the rooms were drenched with the smell of smoke. Be aware of aeroplanes taking off at 06h00 in the morning.
