Review 1：Beware of monkeys everywhere. They will go through any bags to try and find food. Keep bags tied up and out of sight.

Review 2：Close to a lovely beach and several good beach restaurants. This is the place to go and relax, there is not a great deal to see. Nipah bay, around the corner is stunning and no hassle from hawkers. Sun loungers were free provided by the beach restaurants on a fist come first served basis.

Review 15：Nice room but toilet nid to improve, hotel area no network coverage & no data, and the hotel Wi-fi is worst doesn't work, can't connect can't use. Even no telephone in the room, each time have proceed to reception counter to get information.

Review 19：Poor property maintenance (major refurbishment required) and staff responsiveness. Room towels were not provided on 1st day, we only got it the 2nd day at midnight during a power failure in our room. Meanwhile, we used the pool towels. Water heater was leaking, plug socket was over heating, room was not made upon request, no replenish of hot drinks & shower/shampoo gel in room. Mattress could feel the spring beneath your skin.

Review 27：Great location - 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Friendly, helpful staff ensured a cab was there when we went off to catch the early ferry. Good room, with even a hammock to relax in, on the huge balcony. Excellent breakfast.

Review 28：The room was less than basic. The bathroom was not that great. The television was an obsolete fat model. Facilities in the room were not overwhelming at all. No central AC only Wall mounting split air condition was installed which failed to beat the heat. No lifts you have to climb 2 or 3 storeys depending on which floor your room is. Breakfast was not buffet rather an ala carte choice from 3 available options.

Review 29：The location of the resort was superb with mountain views. Since Pangkor is small all hotels are more or less in same vicinity. However this resort differentiated itself by offering a pleasant view of mountain and lush sitting area and a swimming pool. If you are not staying in Pangkor Laut resort this resort is the best choice and more value for money.

I asked for clean towel 4times frm morning till late evening & staffs answer towel wasnt ready yet, will send to my room & lastly nothing. The breakfast is not worth for money. The foods is poor & im not vry sure about the food hygiene seems i saw the cook.

Eventually I had to get it directly from the laundrette! Poor sound proofing walls and our sleep was rudely disrupted by a group of noisy guests in adjoining room till wee hours

Review 88：A couple of updates could improve. Not all the plug sockets work and our hathroom had a leaking fosset and therefore a perminent wet floor. But minor issues for such an affordable comfortable place. One major issue is a dangerously metal point sticking from the wsll of the jaccuzi (sorry bad spelling). I forgot to mention to management but will write as this will injure someone soon if not corrected.

Review 89：A wonderful place to enjoy pankor between a few shops and the superb coral beach. As always in malaysia the malay staff were wonderful. The pool a welcome addition. The bi-daily monkey visits were also lovey to witness so long as you know to keep your foods well hidden and you dont like some chumps begin acting the warrior by chasing and harrasing these beautiful creatures who are just acting instinctively and frankly were here before the hotels!!

Review 94：The monkeys are a real problem; they're really aggressive and will relentlessly try to break into your room. It was at times quite scary to go to and from the room as there were 9-10 monkeys outside the room trying to get in or take your bag/towel etc. Some of the staff were also not particularly helpful and at times very rude.

Review 96：When during festive period (Raya Eve & 1st), staffing was at the minimum (room had a missing kettle cord, took them 5 hours and after numerous reminders), toilet had a bad leak (but at least still working, caused floor to be wet with every flush), most shops and eateries where closed but still easily available. Improvement that I would like to see: Toilets and some pool tiles need some touching up, wifi in rooms would be a huge plus point, providing a hairdryer, towel rack (to hang not only our towels but swimming costumes since we are not allowed to hang at the balcony rails) and a hand towel (with a hanger by the washbasin) would be a nice add on.

Review 97：Fast check in and out, welcome drinks, rooms are tidy and beds are comfortable, basic room amenities with beach towel & mat provided (if required), nice cozy pool with loads of beach balls for guest use (pool is open until 10pm), near by eateries and shops, front desk staff are helpful with calling of pink taxi services, breakfast was simple and nice., surrounded with green landscaping of flower bushes and fruit trees.

Review 98：The counter staff are all very lazy especially one girl by the name of Ranjini.She refused to give us a hair dryer and claimed there was none available. I had to wait for a trainee named Zulaika who came after 5 minutes and lent me a hair dryer which was in the back room where the lazy girl Ranjini was sitting. Ranjini also had ear phones on all the time so she could never hear us when we went to the counter to make any queries. She also had a perpetual sullen face. Thank God she was only there on our first night. The house keeping was also horrible. They didn't top up our bathroom gel eventhough they could clearly see we are out of it. The hotel also didn't provide us with any bath towels when we first checked in and then claimed we had taken too many and refused to change the towelsfor us the next day. I can go on and on about the horrible hotel. My advise don't ever go there!!!

Review 104：1) Arriving-check in. When we arrived the reception staff had not been quite welcoming. We have been travelling for almost 5 hours to get to the hotel, and as it is hot, the staff could at least offer us some water. The staff did not helped to carry our bags. 2) The bathroom was not quite clean and the ceramic sink was broken! There was a danger that it can fell to our feets any time. Anyway, after asking the staff to fix it, they did it quite fast (basically adding glue to the sink and the wall). The water pressure is very low. 3) Breakfast - awful. We did not eat almost anything. 4) Swimming pool at first sight looks nice, but when you come closer it is evident that the pool has not been cleaned for ages. 5) The area of the hotel was somewhat depressing. The grass has not been watered well, so its color was not green, it was almost brown. 6) The beach and water - not very clean. 7) Might be toooooo quiet beach/ area for those who looks for some entertainment. Nothing really to do there. So, I believe 2 days is absolute maximum.

Review 105：1) Drinking water in the room and some complementary tea/coffee. 2) Fresh towels where offered everyday. 3) Location of the hotel is beneficial. Close to Daddy's cafe (delicious food) and Nepah Deli cafes (also good place to eat). It takes 5 minutes to walk to these cafes. The beach is right in front of these cafes, so you basically swim and eat all the time. Owner of Nepah Deli cafe is very nice person. He was always smiling and always chatting with the visitors. :) 4) Manager at the hotel was very helping and nice (his name is Munir), when we asked to help us.

Review 128：Booking.com send me the booking confirmation after my payment has been confirmed and to my dissapointment, the staff informs me that they don't have a room for my family of three. There are monkeys all around the premise and you can't keep your windows open. The free wifi was not available and the staff was very arrogant with no sense at all..The aircondition was just like a fan blowing air and not cold. I regretted my stay in this place.

Review 129：The door is not working properly. Have to ask maintenance to repair. The floor is wet when we arrive and later still wet with spots of water retention at the floor. The air-con is without remote control. How can we control the flow of coolness. When request, they gave a remote control that does not work properly. As for the TV channel, the TV itself is not working properly. As for the breakfast menu, I can't say much.
