Review 1：The room was ice cold and we had to ask for an extra heater The radiator did not work. The bath room, valve dripping from shower. Room 212.

Review 3：Not really bad, but the restaurant was totally full and we where recommended to go to "La Cantina" - maybe the best experience during the stay...

There was a completely inappropriate art exhibition in the lounge including a painting of a giant hairy foot displayed on the way to the restaurant. Lobby and lounge tired and worn. Don't like a hotel entrance where people are standing smoking.

Review 9：It was mid-summer so the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the staff was ever so helpful pointing me to a local place. The hotel is right across from the train station - super simple. And I needed help accessing my train ticket and the wonderful staff called on my behalf and printed the ticket for me.

Hotel lobby is great and so were the staff - very helpful and friendly. We were super amazed by the breakfast the morning after, had not expected such buffet at a mid-range hotel in Borlange.

Review 39：Asked for a quiet room both visits. This time it was a quiet place in the building, but roadside. Heard a lot of cars/trucks early in the morning. Careful when ordering beer from the front desk, extra pricey! Only reason cleanliness didn't get a higher mark is because of the rest of the hotel carpets, etc, not our room. Room was very clean.
