Review 1：no elevator - but the receptionist helped me carry my suitcase to the 2nd floor. Room for single use was nicely decorated but tiny- almost no room to open the suitcase.

Review 3：For the three nights we stayed, in early December 2015, the Internet access was not functioning OK. we were told that when there were too many people (7 rooms in the same floor????) accessing, it was like that. They reboot the router (?) more than once, but the problem remained. After 09H30 AM it was not possible to sleep any more, because of the noise, namely from cleaning services. We complained. The second morning was ok, but the 3rd and last, was again the same.: 09H30 wakening hour :-(

Review 5：Superb location, definitely the most gorgeous views in Sagres. The price was very low for what you get to experience. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast is great and you have a nice garden to enjoy and relax in the sun. The beach is just 1 minute away. All in all, one of the best experiences in a bed & breakfast ever.

Review 6：We loved our stay at Mareta View. The staff were nice and the view from our room was lovely. We took our non stop toddler and he loved the cot they set up for him too. The only thing that was missing was a kettle in the room for someone like me who is always having teas! However everything else was perfect. Thank you!

View is OK from rooms, though I booked full view room, but I don't think the view is that impressive. Overall, bad experience.

Review 17：The location of the hotel was perfect. Although I did not pay for a sea view, the hotel is at the end of a no through road, so it was very quiet with no passing traffic. All the communal areas are very pleasingly furnished. The breakfast on the terrace a wonderful way to start the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 18：Be aware that landview rooms do not have balcony. We stayed in double room - 2 adults and 3 year child, with the baby coat inside it was rather tight.

Review 20：Excellent breakfast, friendly staff & very clean. Extremely comfortable and very colourful seating areas, the Daily Mail was there to read every day and free access to a computer. Worth booking a room with sea view and a balcony which has sunbeds as well.

Review 21：location was close to the beach. The rooms were clean and bright. We stayed in a cheap room the first night, but chose a more expensive room for the second night with a balcony and view of the sea. Both rooms were good value. The garden and terrace were private and the view was spectacular.

Review 23：A wonderful place! Had a beautiful room with terrace and views of the ocean. A lovely garden area overlooking the sea with sunbeds and a jacuzzi. Cocktails could be brought to our loungers, the breakfast on the outside terrace was super. The lady on reception was friendly and very helpful. Had an amazing, relaxing short stay, would love to return. The only single thing could fault was the coffee at breakfast, watery and not great, but everything else was fantastic!

Review 25：The view was amazing. The staff was very nice. I would highly recommend the ocean view room with a Balconey otherwise you will have a view of a parking lot. The room was a little small but clean. The hotel is centrally located in Sagres. It was a little hard to find as it is tucked away behind its sister hotel. We were able to park on the street for free our entire stay. Overall it was a good experience.

Review 26：Extremely clean, attractive decor, not busy. Fresh, delicious self serve breakfasts. Well kept grounds that led down to the beach. High quality linens and very comfortable beds. Quiet, but close to all amenities. Lovely view of the ocean from our large balcony. Highly recommended.

Review 31：This is not a four star hotel!!! (very maximum three) The lady at the reception is very weird, moody, incurious. The hotel is very dirty. The pictures on the internet is not real. The bathroom and the toilet is very very simple, dirty, sticky and moldy. In the room and the bathroom have a bad smell. The wifi is disaster. Very noisy. The breakfast is very simple and bad quality. The worst hotel where I had been ever. I don't recommend to anyone.

Review 33：The staff was not very friendly, the lady in the reception gave us the impression that we bothered her and had interrupted her doing something more important than welcoming new hotel guests. The next morning when checking another and much nicer lady was in the reception. It doesn't matter even if the hotel has not an own pool, the common beach is very close, only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Review 52：Very friendly staff. We had an ocean view room and what a view, each way you looked you saw a great view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Easy & short walk to dinner. Ten minute walk to navigation school. The hotel had a massage therapist number. The woman at the reception area booked it for us. Review 53：Bathroom was tiny! The sink was blocked and the shower head broken. Free WiFi wouldn't connect in bedroom. The pillows were small and lumpy and the room was sparse and characterless....like sleeping in a Hospital

There was very little light in the room, artificial or otherwise, and trying to apply make-up was very difficult. We emerged blinking like bats!

Review 97：My room on the first floor had a funny smell in the bathroom. It was also a bit noisy because the entrance was right next to the staff and lobby facilities. I didn't find the receptionist to be all that friendly when I checked in.

Review 98：The bed was super comfy and the room and hotel itself is decorated well. The breakfast is great and served in a bright area or even outside. There's also a lovely garden area for sitting on lounges and relaxing.

Review 99：Cleaning service was noisy since 8am. They officially start working from 9am, so you should be prepared they enter your room when you are still asleep or getting ready. The official rule of the hotel is if you place "Don't disturb" tag, then your room will not be cleaned (even if you hang it only 9-11am to avoid the morning "embarrasing intrusion"). It is quite strange treatment of holiday makers - very inconvenient if you stay a couple of days.
