Review 1：room was warm as cold air conditioning was switched to warm mode in winter season and it was not possible to keep windows opened because of traffic noise as room faced busy main road

Review 3：They claimed to "speak your language" but when asked about the A/C blowing out hot air, no one could assist. It was so hot, we had to sleep with the windows open and in our birthday suits. The Internet wasn't in each room as advertised. I had to stand in the hallway by the elevator to get any trace of the internet. Very, very disappointed.
