Review 1：The floor in the apartment was marble but apparently not mopped except in bedrooms as my white socks got very dirty walking around the lounge/kitchen. No smoke alarm. No plug in the basin in the bathroom. No electric kettle, only the one on the hob.

Review 3：We didn't like the local mozzies even though they liked us really well!! Some anti-mosquito repellant came in very useful after the first few days' experiences of being bitten. The phone didn't work at first and we needed this in case of emergencies although Jo the handyman reported it and got it fixed within a couple of days. The mattresses were hard, the ceiling fan was noisy, the shower cubicle door didn't slide properly but all trivial things as we had a really relaxing time at this apartment.
Review 4：Jo (handyman) was always very helpful and ultra efficient. If we needed anything, he would be on hand straight away. Loved the pool, quiet village, beautiful and breathtaking view of the lighthouse, walking distance to the grocers for provisions, and very spacious apartment. No need for air con (doesn't come with the apartment so we were a touch worried) as the ceiling fans and lovely sea breeze kept the climate comfortable even during the heatwave. We did ask for an additional standing fan for kitchen area which was immediately provided (again thanks to super Jo).
Review 5：Ceiling fans were not enough, shower was not working and leaking water near bathroom. Fans/air-conditioning systems are needed.

Review 8：The handyman present on the premises helped us with all our little difficulties in a prompt, pleasant and effective manner. The common areas were always clean. We found the apartment to be large and airy and was spotless.
Review 9：Kettle didn't work, toilet was blocked place not sufficiently clean & front door didn't lock. After 3 calls & 3 hours later we were moved to another room. No washing machine. Flimsy, make-shift everything!

Review 11：The stay this time was way below par. The price compared to the exact same dates last year was 53% higher. The apartment was generally dirty not to mention the kitchen utensils that smelt of vomit. I had loved this place enough to go there four times in a year but alas I think this was my last.

Review 26：The apartment was rather dusty, as though it had been cleaned after the last people had left and some time had passed, since the floor was quite dusty. Some maintenance is needed. The sofa and armchairs need replacing since they had stuffing coming out, and were stained. The mosquito nets had holes in them, and need fixing. The curtains in the bathrooms also needed a wash as they were visibly dirty. A microwave oven and a dishwasher would have been a good addition, considering the price paid.
Review 27：The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms, and tiling of the whole place seems to be new. The fridge is spotless, and appliances are good. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The view is also lovely. There is also free wifi available and the place was very quiet and peaceful at this time of the year. It is ideal for families. The pool area was also pleasant, and the pool was clean.
Review 28：The apartment was a bit dusty. A microwave and dishwasher would save energy. The apartments generally need maintenance and upkeep.

Review 32：It was very confusing to find it since the signs and the name of the hotel is not Ta Frenc but "Villagge Tal-Fanal" in Maltese. We arrived at night and we found it by luck after going around for 15 minutes. People who book appartment with Ta Frenc are advised to call the reception (tourist information office in Victoria) ealy in the morning and get informed. I still dont know if there are two different hotels.. Better ask.
Review 33：We had a realy good time there. The place was clean, spacious, with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and balcony in front of the pool. Well lit and many windows. There is a s/m in the village you can find everything you need. It is nice for families or lots of friends that want their own space. I liked that we visited the hotel in October and was very relaxing without noise and lots of people around. Free wifi, books available for reading, appliances and all you need in the kitchen and European and British plugs are also a plus!! We will go back again for sure! * Tips: Get a car to move to Gozo, its difficult to move with the buses. Try to ask for a appartment on the ground floor.
Review 34：the apartment needed more cleanliness. It wasn't spotless enough! it needed a good clean under the beds, in the corners etc.

After some time they brought us the bed, which however they asked us to make up ourselves!! - the cleanliness of the apartment leaves much to be desired, we had to clean the kettle & all cutlery ourselves as these were dirty, also, we found all the plates still wet when we arrived!! - the apartment lacks proper maintenance, broken door nets, the kettle leaked, etc. etc. - the passage leading to the pool was filthy and unlit
