Review 1：Breakfast was ok, but we ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was not good. Even the Char Keow Tau - a Malaysian basic - was pretty bad. Still everything else about the hotel was pretty good.

Review 2：The manager helped us get the special request that we put into the Booking.com booking form - which are always ignored. Cleaning and staff in general were very helpful.

Review 3：With the price paid ....I honestly think I over paid . Got a badly located room at this price ( premium rate charged ). Breakfast..nothing special boat ride attached to the hotel are really socks. Won't come back again.

Review 16：We had an incident on the last night of stay. We were awoken in the middle of the night by the scent of some solvent or thinner. Since there is no phone in the rooms, we had to go to the reception and call the cellphone number of a Mr Abdul Hadi from the notice of who to contact pasted on the door of the reception. Mr Abdul Hadi came to investigate and claimed that waterproofing was done to the bathroom in the room adjacent to ours at 9.30pm. He said the rooms were not connected so he didn't understand why the smell would come into our room. He used an air freshener to spray around our room to "neutralise" the smell of the thinner, but it was obvious we were more concerned of the hazard the thinner fumes posed than putting something to masquerade it. Mr Abdul Hadi said "it is not an important danger". We were left standing outside our room, and he kept repeating what he already told us about the waterproofing work. Luckily, in a short while, the 2 guests in the adjacent room on the other side of ours, walked out from their room complaining the same thing. Mr Abdul Hadi only then contacted his boss (apparently the owner) and informed him of the incident. We and the 2 guests in the adjacent room were then moved to other rooms to spend the rest of the night. What I dislike about is the way this incident was handled - the hotel representative responded in such a nonchalant way, then putting down the incident as "it is not an important danger" as if we were making a big fuss of the fumes. It is a hazardous fume, and luckily we were awaken by it and not overwhelmed and knock unconscious. Then it would be an entirely different account of this incident. Upon checkout, we were not offered any discount for this incident nor any incentive to use the hotel again.

Review 17：Similar to most of the fine comments of other guests - general appearance and cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the breakfast items and proximity to the beach and food stalls.

Review 21：Our family stayed here for four nights in December 2014. We wish we could have stayed here longer. Even though the weather wasn't the best at that time of year. Staff were very helpful, Breakfast was of good quality and variety. The room was clean, pool was excellent, and the beach was close and had equipment rentals (snorkals, jetski's etc). We also went on an island tour in one of the pink minibus taxis for RM80 which was pretty good. Plenty of places to eat nearby and would recommend Daddys cafe on coral beach on the other side of the island (about RM18 taxi ride). A great stay for a family who like the beach and swimming pools.

Review 22：as i had booked the family room which is few feet from the pool we had a uncomfortable and sleepless daynight because there are .guest with kids hopping around on the 1st floor. My advise never book family room on school holidays

Review 38：I managed to get hot water once and my wife twice from the instantaneous water heater in five days. The bed is just 1.8 mtr in length. The Sandy Spoon Resturant was good for breakfast but the a la carte was like a children's menu.

Review 39：Great location on the beach, breakfast was Indian Malaysian which was fine by me it changed most days. We stayed in one of the beachfront chalets which were great,but there was a nice pool as well where the other rooms were situated.

Review 40：We booked total 8 rooms on 5/7 - 6/7/14, we would like to complain on the following: 1) Air-Conditioner: the rooms' air-conditioner not cold at all, that's the reason why the hotel did provide electrical stand fans inside the hotel room but the stand fans is even worst because full of dust which you will not want to turn it on. 2) Bed: that is the most important thing and which really disappointed us because the bedsheet is not clean and dusty, some of my friend even complaint they felt itchy during night time when sleeping on the bed. 3) Towel: Please change the new towel as it is as dark as the floor cloth and non-of us dare to touch it. 4) Unclean Toilet: toiletries are not fully supplied, there is no toothbrush, no toothpaste, luckily we all brought our own. 5) Cloth hanger: dusty! and i need to wash it myself before i hang my own towels and clothes. 6) Value for money: is a 2 stars hotel but we are paying a 3.5 - 4 stars hotel rate...which I think it's not worth it. Lastly, I really hope that you all to re-consider when booking this hotel, because most of the times we are spending moments inside the hotel room with friends and partners other than water activities, so choose a good quality hotel in Pangkor is very important!

Review 75：The hotel was awesome! The staff is very friendly, they even recommend to us the best restaurant to eat, cheaper shop for shopping and guide us how to get there. One of the best thing is the hotel is really near to the beach. Its like 2 mins walking from my room. The beach is clean and have variety of sport activities there. I stayed at the ground floor and facing the pool. Since my baby scared to the beach, the pool is the best substitute for it! The breakfast also is okay. Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel to family with young children.

Review 76：Breakfast, first day was good, 2nd day menu was lousy, the fried rice and noodle were terrible. We ended just ate bread. They have only 1 wheelchair. Luckily I asked first for my mum. The other visitor got to wait! The staff in charge on that day was not aware the hotel has a wheelchair, I insisted her to check, she made a call and the wheelchair was sent to me at reception 5 min later.

Review 91：The Resort beach is dirty, not private as mentioned, we couldn't swim. The room on the ground floor near the reception was noisy, we could hear the neighbors upstairs and the sound of the AC compressors that were just outside our window along with bike rentals. We gave our dirty laundry to wash and to our big surprise, they returned it even dirtier with green stains on some of the clothes. We went on a boat tour that ended up quickly, not worth the money nor the visits. Breakfast was poor, not tasty, we even skipped it the second day.

Staff are doing a good job and the manager and director took time to talk to us. Definitely will return in the future!

Review 103：Our quadruple room overlooked the pool. The gardens were meticulouslymaintained. The restaurant overlooked the beach. We enjoyed the range ofbreakfast choices on offer. Review 104：All 2 bedrooms are located on the 2:nd floor and have no balconys. We had to upgrade our room to a 4-bed room to get the balcony/terass which was money well spent!

Outside the hotel you can rent motorbikes and bicycles. 10min with cab we Found the best restaurant called Daddy's. It takes about 1 hour to go around the island with a motorbike.

It would have been good if there was more of a bar or even a bigger selection of drinks available cocktails would have made the break even better. Review 128：room is great and suitable for family gathering, and near to beach for family picnic. Swimming pool just infront of the room. Good sleep at night - no noise from the neighbourhood hotels as like at Nipah beach. will consider to stay again in the future.

Review 130：i loved this hotel .its small and peaceful and really close to the beach (other reviews have said that the beach is dirty but we found it clean and our children spent a lot of time swimming in the sea) our family room opened onto the pool terrace which was lovely . i would recommend a boat trip to coral island we had a lovely day here and the man who runs the boat trip is very sweet.

Review 134：The hotel service staff were helpful and friendly. The super deluxe room for 4 persons are spacious and clean. Washing of clothes by the hotel only cost RM10 per basket. This hotel is value for money. Had a great and enjoyable stay in this hotel!
